“Iran‘s enrichment of uranium to 20 percent “is our right” and “is not a step towards a bomb,” President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Wednesday in an interview with the satellite television network France 24.”

Two definitions:
1. Hudna is an Arabic term meaning a temporary “truce” or “armistice” as well as “calm” or “quiet”. A ‘hudna‘ — as it is understood by radical Islam
– is made for strategic tactical reasons rather than for the purposes of
seeking an ultimate peace.
The prophet Mohammad struck a legendary, ten-year hudna with the Quraysh tribe that controlled Mecca in the
seventh century. Over the following two years, Mohammad re-armed and took
advantage of a minor Quraysh infraction to break the ‘hudna‘ and launch the full conquest of Mecca, the holiest
city in Islam.
2. Taqiyya literally means: “Concealing, precaution, guarding.” It is employed in
disguising one’s beliefs, intentions, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions or
strategies. In practical terms it is manifested as dissimulation, lying,
deceiving, vexing and confounding with the intention of deflecting attention,
foiling or pre-emptive blocking. It is currently employed in fending off and
neutralising any criticism of Islam or Muslims.
Ok, so which is it?
