AP News: “A White House official says President Barack Obama will name former aide Samantha Power as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Power will replace Susan Rice, who will take over as Obama’s national security adviser. The official says Obama will announce both appointments from the White House Wednesday afternoon.”

Opinion: Rounding out the most progressive-left/anti-Israel/pro-Palestinian administration in US  history, Powers and Rice join Kerry, Brennan, Hagel and Lew.

imagesCAE06IW1Samantha Power: George Soros acolyte and wife of Cass Sunstein, former regulatory czar whom Glenn Beck called the most dangerous man in America, was largely responsible for the US debacle in Libya. Powers encouraged the Soros inspired Responsibility to Protect (R2P) policy that engaged the US in the UN coalition that led to an al-Qaeda take-over of Libya.

In addition to R2P, Power has shown to be rabidly ant-Israel and pro-Palestinian. Power has stated that Israel is not a genocidal power, but a “major human rights” abuser.

“I think, more than sacrificing—billions of dollars, not in servicing Israel’s military, but actually investing in the new state of Palestine, in investing the billions of dollars it would probably take, also, to support what will have to be a mammoth protection force, not of the old Rwanda kind, but a meaningful military presence. Because it seems to me at this stage (and this is true of actual genocides as well, and not just major human rights abuses, which were seen there), you have to go in as if you’re serious, you have to put something on the line.

The NSA post does not require Senate confirmation; Rice withdrew her candidacy as Secretary of State due to the difficulty of confirmation.”

One Response to “Obama to name Samantha Power to UN post”

  1. The signing of the seven year covenant with Israel’s so called peace seems to be a forced peace. You can almost hear the anti-Christ’s shrillness (Isaiah 14:12-14). Paul says, “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” In 2 Thess. 2:3 Paul says, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. The Apostasy has been well under way, Rev. 6:2 (the white horse rider) John says what is next. I am looking up! Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! Reve.22:20
