The New American: “With the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) signed (yesterday) in New Zealand by officials from the 12 governments and dictatorships ensnared in the sovereignty-smashing “free trade” regime, opposition to the plot — dubbed “Obamatrade” by critics — is surging across the political spectrum and around the nation.
In the presidential primaries, virtually nobody, not even known establishment candidates, dares to express support for the scheme. In Congress, members of both parties are up in arms, calling on their colleagues to crush the TPP before it crushes America. And among the grassroots, Americans of all political persuasions are outraged, ranging from labor unions and environmental groups to conservative, libertarian, and constitutionalist forces.
All 12 of the governments involved are facing their own homegrown opposition, too.”
Opinion: Of all the threats facing America, TPP may be the one that globalists use as the vehicle to collapse the Constitution of the United States.
And the only candidate running for president in 2016 that is opposed to the scheme, is Donald Trump.
In the 15-20 posts we have published over the past year on TPP, Donald Trump’s direct response, “It’s a deal that was designed for China to come in, as they always do, through the back door” is exactly correct.
TPP is all about free trade on the surface. Peal back the onion and it becomes an all-out assault on national sovereignty.
Collectively, the trade agreements will unconstitutionally transfer legislative powers from the U.S. Congress, our state legislatures, and our city and county governments to multi-national corporations and unaccountable international bureaucrats at the World Trade Organization ( WTO).
The TPP Commission will have the power to write rules regarding:
- Businesses within U.S. borders as well as across the rest of the commission’s membership.
Daniel’s 4th beast?
The new globalist scheme comes in the form of 5000+ page documents filled with legal ease and not read by any member of Congress.
The alphabet soup of supporting agreements make reading the 2700 page Obamacare a snap.
