Forex Live: They’re definitely not wrong in that sense but it also reaffirms the more or less global narrative that fiscal conservatism is dead. As much as the world would like to go back to thinking that mounting debt levels will eventually be repaid, that is not going to happen.

When the next crisis comes along, guess what? We’ll be back here having this exact same talk again, only with even higher debt levels than before. source

Opinion: It is beginning to dawn on financial types that the major world economies will never return to pre-2008 levels.

The global economy/stock market is addicted to printing new money to buy previously issued government bonds to hold interest rates down. With debt levels at all time highs no nation can afford to pay more to borrow.

theworldaccordingtoeggface: The straw that broke the camel's back

What that final straw will be is the first question. And, when it will happen, the second. Few economic types actually believe that this insane monetary policy will go on forever without severe consequences.

How interesting that our Bible answers each question in detail telling us each phase of what a future global economic collapse will look like.

Except this one will provide no escape.

In our Bible study paper “The 1% and Revelation: Do Not Harm the Oil and Wine” we show that the consequences for spending and debt will be the likely catalyst for Revelation 6:5-6, global hyperinflation.

Here is what is important to know. Revelation 6:5-6 follows 4 really important clues as to when it will happen:

In Revelation 3:10 Jesus has just completed judging the 7 churches of the church age. Only one church, Philadelphia, received no rebuke from Christ. Instead they were commended and given a promise because they were willing to endure patiently:

Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth” Rev. 3:10

If this church was simply going to be preserved in the hour of trial (tribulation) as many post-trib believers insist, Jesus would not have used the Greek word ‘ek’  for from, ‘ek’ meaning ‘out of’.

A chronological sequence of events follows:

Revelation 4:1 John is commanded to ‘come up here’ modeling the rapture (1 Thess. 4:16-17)

Revelation 6:1-2 A White Horse Rider mimicking Christ comes as a peacemaker but his goal is to conquer. His name is Antichrist.

Revelation 6:3-4  A Red Horse Rider brings wars and rumors of wars that will dominate the earth.

Revelation 6:5-6 A Black Horse Rider carries scales with which to measure the comparative value of money and food, as global hyperinflation grips the world.
