IBT Times: Doing what no senior Lebanese leader had done since the deadly explosion at Beirut port two days earlier, the French president allowed himself to be thronged by residents of one of the capital’s worst-hit neighbourhoods.

White shirt sleeves rolled up, Emmanuel Macron waded through cheering crowds in the devastated streets of Beirut Thursday where disaster survivors pleaded with him to help get rid of their reviled ruling elite.

Dozens of people chanting “revolution” and pleading with him for help pressed against his phalanx of bodyguards as he walked through the Gemmayzeh area for around 45 minutes.

Throughout the dramatic walkabout, Macron appeared to savour the moment. His moment. Read More …

Macron visited shell-shocked Beirut, pledging support and urging change after a massive explosion devastated the Lebanese capital

Opinion: In 1920, soon after the end of World War I, the League of Nations mandated that Lebanon would be administered by France after the Partition of the Ottoman Empire.

“I see the emotion on your face, the sadness, the pain — this is why I’m here, the French president said, according to a Reuters dispatch, adding that “what is…needed here is political change. This explosion should be the start of a new era.”

Is it him? No one knows, not even Macron at this point. According to Revelation 13:3-4 …

“And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”

Until the time when Satan inhabits the man in a false resurrection, he will have been a hero.

In Revelation 6:1-2 we find the rider on a White Horse carrying a bow with no arrows, indicating a man of peace. In Daniel 9:27 the same man will confirm a peace treaty with Israel and her neighbors, allowing a temple and the resumption of animal sacrifices, while placating what is left of the Arab world after Psalm 83 and Gog Magog.

“Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering …”

Once he is recognized as the beast (Rev. 13:1-2) it will be too late. He will stand in the temple, cancel animal sacrifice, and demand the Jews worship him. All hell is about to break loose on earth.

So, once again, is it Macron?

“Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.” 1 John 2:28

Satan always has a man ready.
