Opinion: From our post December 26, 2013:
“I have to admit that Bitcoins are new ground. Since Central banks can only regulate currency issued by and settled at banks, Bitcoins are out of the governments’ reach, so far.

The narrative being floated is that central bank digital currency is desperately critical to getting much needed stimulus checks to global citizens quickly and efficiently. i.e. helicopter money.
The truth is that central banks were spooked by the July 18, 2019 report of Facebook’s digital currency announcement, threatening the Bank of International Settlements’ control over global commerce.
All roads lead to prophecy:
When he becomes known on the world stage, Antichrist will have the technological ability to take control of every transaction on the planet (Revelation 13:16-17).
In Matthew 24:34, Jesus told His disciples that “this generation’ the one who saw Israel’s rebirth, would not pass away until all these things are fulfilled. The Boomer generation born in 1948, the same year as Israel’s rebirth, is witnessing the digital age, and is still here.
The economic infrastructure is almost ready.
