Arutz Sheva: US President Donald Trump announced on Friday that Sudan will normalize ties with Israel, becoming the third Arab country to do so in recent months, after the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
During a call with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Sovereign Council president General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and civilian leader and Sudanese Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, Trump brought reporters into the Oval Office and announced, “The state of Israel and the Republic of Sudan have agreed to make peace.”
“It’s peace in the Middle East without bloodshed,” Trump added Read More …
Opinion: President Trump indicated via a Tweet last Monday afternoon that he was removing Sudan from the official terror blacklist.
In 1998 Washington blamed Sudan for funding operations related to the deadly al-Qaeda twin bombings of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, which had killed 224 people, including 12 Americans. Another 5,000 people were injured in the attacks.
Sudan was also known to have given safe-haven to Osama bin Laden.
While the list of nations seeking peace with Israel continues to grow, Sudan, a Cush nation, is prophesied to join a Russian led alliance to attack Israel in the last days.
“Persia, Cush and Put will be with them, all with shields and helmets, 6 also Gomer with all its troops, and Beth Togarmah from the far north with all its troops—the many nations with you.” Ezekiel 38:5-6 NIV
- Persia is modern day Iran.
- Cush (eldest son of Noah’s son Ham) is the area of Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia
- Put (third son of Ham) is the area of Libya, possibly Tunisia and Algeria
- Gomer, Beth Togarmah, Meshech, Tubal are ancient names for Turkey
- Many nations with you: possibly additional North African Islamic allies
The scene is the Gog Magog war.
The Cush nations, Sudan, Ethiopia, and Somalia, will be joining Russia, Turkey, Iran and Libya in a massive land and sea invasion of Israel to take its vast wealth. That Sudan appears to be undergoing a transformation at the present time is further evidence of the accuracy of the prophecy.
“You will say, “I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.” Ezekiel 38:11
How else could Israel find itself living without bars and gates if not for a false peace?
