Biden to rejoin Paris climate agreement, revoke Trump ‘Muslim ban’ in first executive orders


CNBC: Biden will sign more than a dozen executive orders on Wednesday to address a litany of challenges ranging from the Covid-19 pandemic to the student debt crisis.

  • Biden’s orders reverse many of those issued by President Trump, including the so-called Muslim travel ban and the construction of a southern border wall.
  • The first order will require masks and physical distancing in all federal buildings, on all federal lands and by federal employees and contractors.
