A Letter From Ken Timmerman: Is this the grand Ukrainian counter-offensive?

Dear RC, Has the long-heralded Ukrainian counter-offensive, aimed at breaking through Russian lines in the occupied Donbas region, finally begun? Putin thinks so, and put out a statement to that effect on Telegram on Friday, noting that a clear indicator was the deployment of Ukraine’s “strategic reserve” forces to the front lines. The NY Times and Washington Post think it has begun, too, although they rely on unnamed Ukrainian sources. My preferred source to help
