As The Shelves Get Emptier, How Long Can They Keep The Charade Going?

Zero Hedge: They keep telling us that everything is going to be just fine, but an increasing number of Americans are beginning to realize that what we are facing is not “temporary” at all.  From coast to coast, store shelves have been getting emptier and emptier, and supply chain experts are warning us that things aren’t going to be getting better any time soon.

But Biden administration officials continue to smile and insist that they have everything under control.  Do you believe them?  At this point, I don’t know why anyone would still believe that they are capable of handling any major problem after what we have witnessed in Afghanistan, at the southern border, etc.

“You have sown much, and bring in little; You eat, but do not have enough;
You drink, but you are not filled with drink; You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; And he who earns wages, Earns wages to put into a bag with holes.” Haggai 1:6

Just last week, Biden promised that he was going to work really hard to turn this crisis around, but it just continues to escalate.   As we head toward the winter months, we are seeing unprecedented shortages all over the country

Shortages of virtually every type of product – from toilet paper and sneakers to pickup trucks and chicken – are showing up across the country. Looking for a book, bicycle, baby crib, or boat? You may have to w ait weeks or months longer than usual to get your hands on it.

I recently visited my local ski shop and they had hardly a boot, ski, goggle or pole to speak of – two full months before ski season begins. The owner said he’s normally close to fully stocked around this time of the year.

In an attempt to hide the true scope of the problem, some retailers have started to find creative ways to cover up their bare shelves

  1. Shortages, principally food shortages, is not just an American problem. It’s Europe wide. Here in the UK rampant inflation of food prices (should we call it by it’s correct name – profiteering) is excluding many ordinary folk from even supermarket fresh food and forcing them onto cheap processed food. A nutritional disaster for even our middle classes.

    Yet, like Joe Biden, our clown prime minster Johnson, a globalist, makes valiant noises about resolving the problem the while reassuring us of hard times now and good times tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. Yet our millionaire Hindu Chancellor, Sunak finds billions of pounds for major national projects and foreign aid, none of which will solve anything for us. He’s found those billions from as yet unearned taxes upon already heavily burdened working Brits.

    The simple fact is, we Brits have turned away from our God the Father and His Beloved Son Jesus. We have, knowingly or not, become humanists and pagans. Devout worshippers of climate change and the goddess Gaia, the personification of the earth.

    The author of this article quotes Haggai. This dear man only spoke for three months yet his words are impacting us now. It’s easy for us to say our times are playing into the hands of the false prophet. But haven’t we have made the same mistake as Post Exilic Jews, feathering our own nests. God has already provided from before eternity for every good work He wants but that provision largely comes from His people. We’ve denied God.

    2 Chronicles 7:14 says … if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

    Many of my contemporaries say the application of this declaration is covenantal, but in my understanding Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 1:20 put this right back in the headlines: For all the promises of God are yes and amen in Christ Jesus.

    You wanna sort out this mess? Our Father’s prescription is already in our hands. 2 Chronicles 7:14

    The false prophet can have no answer!
