The projected rise in [annual] deficits would be the result of rapid growth in spending for federal retirement and health care programs targeted to older people, and to rising interest payments on the government’s debt, accompanied by only moderate growth in revenue collections.
In other words, the CBO simply doesn’t believe that President Trump’s plans to reduce regulation, cut taxes, and repeal ObamaCare will amount to much. more …
Opinion: Does anybody care about the $20,000,0000,000,000,000 (trillion) national debt anymore?
Nah, why worry about a number that is so out of control that it is virtually unsolvable anyway. Eat, drink, and be merry!
“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Matthew 24:27-29
It is important to note that the signs given to His disciples in Matthew 24 have nothing to do with the church. Jesus was speaking to the Jews. We can know this for certain because of Matthew 24:15-16
“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.”
- The abomination takes place in the 3rd temple in Jerusalem
- Who is in Judea? Certainly not the church
- The mountains refer to Petra (Mt. Seir/Edom) where the perfect hiding place is waiting
Matthew 24:20 Jesus adds another clue “And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath”, again pointing to the Jews.
After the rapture of the church, a peace treaty will be signed by Israel and many (Daniel 9:27).
Then the sorrows begin (Matthew 24:7).
