The Times of Israel: Ahead of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Diaspora Ministry unveiled on Thursday what it said was new technology for detecting anti-Semitic content on the internet.

The software, called the Anti-Semitism Cyber Monitoring System, or ACMS, is “the most advanced development in the world for monitoring anti-Semitism in real time,” the ministry said in a statement.

According to the ministry, the ACMS tracks anti-Semitic posts on social media and can detect how widely they’ve been shared, who is sharing them, and which cities and countries produce the most anti-Semitic content. more …

Opinion: In certain parts of the world, anti-Semitism is a way of life that is bred in the bone. In 2014 the Times of Israel posted an Anti-Defamation League report (here) of the 10 most anti-Semitic countries in the world.

Not surprisingly 74% of respondents harbored anti-Semitic views:

  1. West Bank and Gaza
  2. Iraq
  3. Yemen
  4. Algeria
  5. Libya
  6. Tunisia
  7. Kuwait
  8. Bahrain
  9. Jordan
  10. Morocco/Qatar/UAE

In the EU, Greece ranks #1 in anti-Semitism views with 69 percent of Greeks espousing anti-Semitic views; but France, which has the largest Jewish population in the EU, is quickly becoming a close second. The study suggests a spike in anti-Semitism in the US as well.

In all, 1/4 of the world’s population harbors anti-Semitic views (here).

There is an even more pernicious form of anti-Semitism that takes place in Christian denominations all over the world. It is called Replacement and Covenant Theologies.

It is so subtle that you might hear it from a Bible-believing Christian sitting next to you in church: “We are Israel”.

Think about that. If the largest Catholic and Protestant denominations believe in either Replacement or Covenant theology, and every Muslim country believes the same, where is the Jew safe?

Now factor in that it is the Jew that God calls His own:

Deuteronomy 7:7-8 “The Lord did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because the Lord loved you and kept the oath he swore to your ancestors that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt.”

  1. I am glad you posted this, Author. I find the Jews so fascinating. They can make water out of air, too. Wow. So, anyhow, if this is connected to Diaspora Ministry, I am thinking they will focus in on those areas that are the worst and make sure they are ready to assist the Jews living there to come home to Israel. I’m guessing since the article didn’t say anything. Two birds, one stone. Cool
