Breitbart: “WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump was elected America’s 45th president Tuesday, an astonishing victory for a celebrity businessman and political novice who capitalized on voters’ economic anxieties, took advantage of racial tensions and overcame a string of sexual assault allegations on his way to the White House.

His triumph over Hillary Clinton will end eight years of Democratic dominance of the White House and threatens to undo major achievements of President Barack Obama. He’s pledged to act quickly to repeal Obama’s landmark health care law, revoke the nuclear agreement with Iran and rewrite important trade deals with other countries, particularly Mexico and Canada.”

Opinion: The eight painful years of Barack Hussein Obama are officially over. Accompanying Obama to oblivion are the Clinton crime enterprise, the Attorney General, and the FBI chief.

When President Trump makes good on his promises, Obamacare will wind up on the trash heap of history, and a special prosecutor will be appointed to investigate the Clintons. The Iran nuclear deal, Trans Pacific Partnership, thousands upon thousands of business crippling regulation will be gone, and a big beautiful wall (with a door) will be built on the southern border of the United States.

Who knows, we might even get men out of the ladies room.

The shaking of the nations has begun.

No longer will the United States Navy kneel before Iranian captors. No longer will Russia play chicken with US aircraft and no longer will the United States lead from behind. No longer will thugs like Kim Jong Un, Ayatollah Khamenei or Bashar Assad or Vladimir Putin get away with blatant acts of aggression, and no longer will the United States treat the Prime Minister of Israel with disrespect and disdain.

The best news and possibly the most dangerous, will be when President Trump keeps his promise to move the United States Embassy to Jerusalem, and sticks a finger in the eye of the UN and Barack Obama, who don’t think Jerusalem belongs to Israel.

Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka, who converted to Judaism, said that her father will 100% move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

If there were one thing that could touch off a regional war and a host of Bible prophecies – it is the control of Jerusalem.

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem.  And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.” Zechariah 12:2-3

Time to get on with it.

  1. I absolutely and heartily concur with both of your praise-worthy comments!
You have put into words what I have been feeling for the past year, almost to the point of despair. And, yet, praying for a delay of our country’s point of no return, which our merciful God has just granted us!

Praise God, His mercy endures forever. His Love and Truth will not be mocked.

  2. For me, this is a day of relief; an exciting day but a day of re-evaluation. I view all things through the prism of time, as laid out in the Bible. Through that viewer, our position standing on the scale of time, I imagine has the same appearance as that of an Olympic diver with his toes off the edge board…and I’m more than ready to jump into eternity.

I have always thought that The Church would one day just disappear, allowing it to be spared all of the turmoil and pain that will come on the world in these days. But during the past few years, I had come to consider or even accept that our once great society had degraded beyond the point of correction, being led by or at least also swallowing up, the church. I have been accepting the apparent truth that times are only getting worse and entropy was having its way with all things around me.

I see a church that has left the Bible, a government that is against its people, and a world that considers the righteous as its enemy. Based on the ugly details that carved these observations into my mind, I had come to presume that my days would end while watching everything and everyone slide into tribulation; an existence of ever-increasing pain and anguish. But what if we were given another chance in this life, an extension of time for hope and a future?

As I interpret Isaiah 48:9, we live in a period that I refer to as “The Delay”. For the Jews, it is a delay of God focusing his attention on them, beginning with the execution of His Son and ending with the moment that He takes His Church away (Daniel 9). For the rest, it is a delay of His wrath. He makes it clear that this message includes His Church by saying in Is. 48:1 that He is speaking to those who take oaths in His name and invoke the God of Israel. Then, as if to say He is also speaking to Americans, He adds in v.8, “..you were called a rebel from birth”.

So if He is speaking to us, then what is the purpose of this delay? Well He makes that perfectly clear. It is for His namesake and His praise. Read for yourself.

For my own name’s sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to destroy you completely. See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this. How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another.

He does not want people to be destroyed. He wants His people to give Him praise. He allows us to go through trials but not to destroy us. Rather, so that He can deliver us, weak and pathetic though we may be, and show our common enemy and all of creation, that He alone deserves Glory.

Instead of risking our lives and fortune, as those before us did, we have been given a chance to return to the American virtues of 1776, by simply voting yesterday. What if we really do get to have a government that is again of, by, and for the people? In case we do, lets live…

  3. I told my kids, if Trump wins, it is God, in His mercy, giving us one more opportunity to repent and make things right. (Not that I’m saying Trump is a godly man – yet!) God has heard the many, many cries of Christians around the nation praying and asking for mercy and not judgement. If Trump wants to be a successful leader, I believe it to be critical that he starts first in changing the things that matter to God (ie. abortion). The blessing and success from God in other endeavors for our nation would likely follow when the areas of sin are purged.

Because the Bible says we wrestle against authorities and rulers in the heavenly realms, I think we were given a glimpse of how true that has been in Washington thru the recent WikiLeaks. Perhaps our prayers have now unseated many of those demonic rulers and maybe the light of Truth will now be able to reach the many in our land who have been blinded and deceived and held as captives of satan. Maybe, God in His mercy, will allow a spiritual awakening in our land and many will be saved before His SOON return!
