CNS News: “The claim of responsibility carried on the Islamic State group’s Amaq news agency described the man seen fleeing from the truck as “a soldier of the Islamic State” who “carried out the attack in response to calls for targeting citizens of the Crusader coalition.”
Opinion: January 20, 2014: “The analogy we use around here sometimes, and I think is accurate, is if a jayvee team puts on Lakers uniforms that doesn’t make them Kobe Bryant.”
On June 29th, 2014, the jihadist extremist group ISIS declared the formation of a caliphate, an Islamic state, encompassing territory the organization seized in a lightning-fast run of terror across Iraq and Syria. Naming himself Caliph, or leader of the declared state, was Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, an Iraqi born in Sumara in 1971.
US Intel knew al-Baghdadi:
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the battlefield alias of Ibrahim Awwad Ibrahim al-Badri. He was already known to U.S. and Iraqi officials when he named himself as the Caliph in 2014. During the Iraq war, al-Baghdadi was held for ten months at American-run detention centers in Iraq, including Abu Ghraib and Camp Bucca.
Baghdadi was known as a fierce militant since 2003.
Either US Intelligence was so bad that the President and his Secretary of State were completely uninformed about the build up and ruthlessness of the terror group, or they both decided to let it grow, as then candidate Donald Trump said during his campaign for president.
Barack Obama refuses to call the terror group ISIS, but rather uses ISIL. The IS stands for Islamic State but by adding in the ‘L’ for Levant, he is placing Israel, which is in the area of the Levant, as territory belonging to the Islamic State.
In 2014 Obama added: “I think there is a distinction between the capacity and reach of a bin Laden and a network that is actively planning major terrorist plots against the homeland versus jihadists who are engaged in various local power struggles and disputes, often sectarian.”
Wrong again: Since 2014, ISIS has taken credit for over 70 terror attacks in 20 countries with over 4500 dead and over 7300 injured.
In Exodus 17:16 and Deuteronomy 25:17 Moses left implicit instructions to pray against Amalek every year because he knew that the descendant of Esau would show up in every generation.
The question is – is it Baghdadi?
