Keith Ellison Ties To Anti-Semite Farrakahn Deeper Than Previously Thought

The Daily Caller: Democratic Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison, the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, has attended multiple meetings with Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan while in Congress, The Daily Caller has learned.

Ellison’s past ties to Farrakhan are well known: he admitted to The Washington Post during his first congressional campaign in 2006 that he worked with the Nation of Islam for approximately 18 months ahead of Farrakhan’s 1995 Million Man March. Since he ran for Congress, Ellison has repeatedly promised the public that he left Farrakhan in the past.

But Ellison’s associations with Farrakhan continued even as he served in Congress, The DC has found. more …

Opinion: Bernie Sanders backed him to chair the Democrat Party. So did Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Chuck Schumer, the Democratic minority leader. So did the AFL-CIO.

Ellison was the first Muslim leader elected to Congress and first to swear in using a Koran instead of the Bible.

The 54-year-old Ellison, a Muslim, African American co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus became Deputy Chair of the Democrat National Committee on February 25, 2017.

In a speech recorded in 2010 to a group of supporters, Rep. Ellison showed his pro-Palestinian stance suggesting that American foreign policy in the Middle East is driven by Israel:

“The United States foreign policy in the Middle East is governed by what is good or bad through a country of 7 million people. A region of 350 million all turns on a country of 7 million. Does that make sense? Is that logic? Right? When the Americans who trace their roots back to those 350 million get involved, everything changes.”

Ellison charged his remarks were taken out of context.

On January 5, 2018 Ellison essentially endorsed the violent anarchists and communists of the subversive Antifa movement during a stop at a bookstore.

Ellison expressed support for the use of violence against President Trump in a tweet as he posed for a selfie with the cover of Antifa: “At @MoonPalaceBooks and I just found the book that strike [sic] fear in the heart of @realDonaldTrump”.

Louis Farrakahn, who once described Adolf Hitler as a “very great man” has lots of friends in high places:
