However, the modern AGW dogma has stopped the agency short of drawing a connection between reduced solar output and “ice age” type weather events.
There is evidence of a long-term weakening trend in the magnetic field strength of sunspots. Matt Penn and William Livingston of the National Solar Observatory predict that by the time Solar Cycle 25 arrives, magnetic fields on the sun will be so weak that few if any sunspots will be formed. Independent lines of research involving helioseismology and surface polar fields tend to support their conclusion”.

Global Cooling! Scientists Say Low Solar Activity To Cause Temps To Plummet
The sun is entering a period of “solar minimum” that could cause temperatures to plummet by up to 2C over 20 years and trigger a global famine, according to experts.
In 1975 Newsweek warned of global cooling just before the earth was to start warming:

The 2015 Paris Climate (Change) Accords that exempted the world’s biggest poulters, China, India and Russia while placing a massive economic burden on the United States was the dream of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Thankfully, Donald J. Trump withdrew.
Joe Biden has vowed to rejoin the Paris Accords even though no nation has come close to achieving their carbon goals.
