No. Carolina Imam’s Sermon on Jerusalem: ‘End of Time’ War Against Jews

Algemeiner: A North Carolina imam is in the spotlight after a sermon he gave alleging that Jesus had been “saved from the Jews, who tried to crucify him” was unearthed this week on social media.

In the same sermon – delivered on December 8, during the week that US President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital – Imam Abdullah Khadra of Raleigh, NC cited a well-known hadith (a maxim attributed to the Prophet Muhammad) which holds that “at the End of Time, we will fight those Jews until the rocks and the trees will speak: ‘Oh Muslim, this is a Jew behind me’.”

The Syrian-born Khadra’s sermon was brought to light by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which has recently uncovered examples of similarly provocative sermons delivered on the same Friday in New Jersey and Houston, Texasmore …

Opinion: What the Imam doesn’t know is that God was not surprised by the death of Jesus, it was His plan all along.

John 1:29: “The next day John sees Jesus coming to him, and said, Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world.”

Hebrews 9:22: ” … without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.”

Colossians 1:22: “He has now reconciled in His body of flesh by His death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before Him.”

The Imam is correct, however, that in the end time wars, Arabs (Edom and Ishmael) will fight together (Psalm 83:5-8) against Israel, but the victory belongs to Jacob, who is Israel (Genesis 35:10).

It will be the final battle for Israel’s immediate neighbors. They will be so defeated (Psalm 83:9-12) that not one of them will be able to join in with the armies (Ezekiel 38:1-6) in the larger and more destructive war of Gog and Magog.

And Israel’s wealth and land will grow exponentially, which will anger the rest of Edom (Iran and Turkey), so much so that they will be drawn to battle with a strong Russian prince, Ezekiel 39:1-2.

I realize I have said this or something similar many times before, but last Monday night after Bible study, in a conversation with a born again and Biblically-sound Christian, I realized that he knew nothing about the end time wars found in prophecy.

In fact, his comment to me was that because of Donald Trump’s acknowledgment of Jerusalem, other nations will move their embassies there and the Arabs would simply back off.

That is why it is important for us to get out there while there is still time. Don’t take for granted that the Christian sitting next to you in church, or Bible study, knows anything about what is coming.

  1. Hmmmm! Interesting you should mention the Christian “sitting next to me.” How about the preacher at the pulpit who still thinks that we are already in the “kingdom?”
