Breitbart: “The Pope has hailed the election of Sadiq Khan as “Muslim” mayor of London, claimed mass Muslim migration is “necessary” for Europe, and blamed Paris and Brussels for the attacks on European soil.
In an interview with French newspaper La Croix, Pope Francis strongly implied that the terrorists who attacked Paris and Brussels did so because they “grew up in a ghetto.
He also applauded the election of Muslim mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, stating it “illustrates the need for Europe to rediscover its capacity to integrate,” evoking “Pope Gregory the Great, who negotiated with the people known as barbarians who were subsequently integrated.”
Opinion: After having celebrated the election of Sadiq Khan and claiming mass Muslim migration is “necessary” for Europe, the leader of 1.2 billion followers blamed Paris and Brussels for the attacks on European soil.
Today the pope is embracing the grand imam of Cairo’s Al-Azhar Mosque, Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb, the same Muslim leader that had serious tensions with Francis’s predecessor, Benedict XVI.
Ties were badly soured when the now-retired Benedict made a September 2006 speech in which he was perceived to have linked Islam to violence, sparking deadly protests in several countries and reprisal attacks on Christians.
Benedict had it right.
In June 2015 Francis welcomed Mahmoud Abbas, the illegitimate president of the so-called Palestinian people. Pope Francis signed a pact recognizing a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital indirect violation of the Abrahamic Covenant Genesis 12:3; 17:7-8.
Due to the Catholic teaching called Replacement Theology (the church replaced Israel in God’s plan), the pope is oblivious to what the Bible says about Edom (Amos 1:11) as the eternal enemy of the Jew.
Like so many popes before him, Francis has completely disregarded the Biblical account that Edom, the Arab peoples of today, who have not accepted Jesus as savior, are the final enemy (Isaiah 63:1-3) that Jesus will destroy at His second coming.
The promises God made to Abraham are everlasting and forever. Not only is there no evidence in the New Testament that those promises were replaced by the church, but Romans 9:3-5 clearly states they were reinforced.
“For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh, who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises; of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, the eternally blessed God. Amen.” Romans 9:3-5
