Times of Israel: Pope Francis and Moroccan King Mohammed VI called on Saturday for Jerusalem to be preserved as a symbol of peaceful coexistence where Jews, Muslims and Christians can be allowed to worship freely.

Pope Francis joined the Moroccan monarch in declaring the city the “common patrimony” of Christians, Jews and Muslims, on the first day of a visit to the North African country.

The spiritual leader of the world’s 1.3 billion Catholics was invited by King Mohammed VI for the sake of “inter-religious dialogue,” according to Moroccan authorities.

The statement contrasted sharply with a joint communique put out by Mohammed and Jordan’s King Abdullah on Thursday vowing to safeguard Jerusalem against attempts to change its Islamic or Christian identity.

The statement Thursday made no mention of any Jewish link to Jerusalem. more …

Opinion: Common patrimony of mankind is a principle of international law that holds that defined territorial areas and elements of humanity’s common heritage should be held in trust for future generations.

Catholic church in Revelation:

Thyatira (4th-5th century Revelation 2:18-29) means continual sacrifice, that keeps Christ on the cross, corresponding to the Catholic church. It is the first of 7 churches whose members are divided into two categories: the saved and the unsaved.

Beginning in the 2nd century AD, the early church embraced the idea that all the blessings/covenants God made with Abraham were transferred to the church. From there, replacement theology became embedded in its teaching with Augustine and Chrysostom in the 4th-5th centuries.

With replacement theology came a desire to reclaim Jerusalem, beginning in the crusades of 1095 AD under Pope Urban. The crusaders were promised ‘remission of sins’ to rid the city of the Muslim caliph that had been set up in 637.

Fast forward to 1964, Pope Paul VI and the 2nd Vatican Council when a discussion on Judaism and the great monotheistic religions led to a softening on Islam.

Today Pope Francis is traveling the world embracing Islam in what is a now blatant effort to deny the Jewish people their eternal capital. I am trying to not make this website all about Pope Francis, but his actions in embracing Islam are promoting global anti-Semitism.

When the final dictator appears on the world stage he will need a moral authority figure like Roman Emperors before him. Pontifex Maximus, whoever he is, will be the third member of the evil trinity (666), after Antichrist and Satan (Rev. 13:1-4, 11).

  1. I would like to think that the Pope is following the instruction of Christ in Matthew 6:44.
But with that being said, it is sure hard to think that he doesn’t have an alternative motive for snuggling up with the world’s muslim leadership.
Maybe he is looking to get a 7 year peace plan signed…..
