Although Fox News seeks to project an image of traditional values to its conservative audience, the culture behind the scenes at the network has become blatantly woke in recent years, according to a shocking new report.
Fox’s company handbook, obtained by the Daily Signal, reveals that the company is dedicated to “expanding and strengthening” efforts to “sustain a more inclusive work environment” for transgender employees. That effort includes allowing employees to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity, rather than their biological sex, and directs fellow employees to use their preferred names and pronouns.

“If a transitioning employee expresses a desire for increased privacy they will be provided access to a single occupancy restroom where available,” the handbook dated January 2021, states. “However, no employee shall be required to use a single occupancy restroom if they do not wish to do so.”
The handbook makes clear that Fox News is an LGBTQ+ “ally” that will proudly accommodate the needs of transitioning employees.
“Employees who are transitioning their gender have the right to be open about their transition if they so choose, and to work in an environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, and without fear of consequences or transphobia for living openly.”
For those unfamiliar with the ever-expanding lingo of the LGBTQ+ activist left, the Fox handbook reportedly includes a helpful explainer for a number of terms, including cisgender, gender expression, gender-fluid, gender identity, gender non-conforming, gender transition, LGBTQ, non-binary, and transgender.
The handbook cites the Human Rights Campaign, a prominent, left-wing LGBTQ+ advocacy organization as a source for the material.
