In the Garden of Eden, Adam was warned by God that eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was forbidden, and would bring death, Gen. 2:16-17.
The serpent approached Eve and asked, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” Gen. 3:1.
We know that Eve knew the command because she repeated it and corrected the serpent, “And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’” Gen. 3:2-3. Eve, however, added to the command the words “nor shall you touch it”, which perhaps expresses that she considered it was forbidden to the highest degree.
“Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.” Gen. 3:4.
What the devil aimed to do was persuade Eve to do something forbidden; and to do this, he took the same method that he still takes. He questioned whether it was a command or not, Gen. 3:1, he misrepresented the command (‘not eat of every tree’), denied there was any danger in it, Gen. 3:4, and suggested advantages from it, Gen. 3:5. These are still his tactics today.
Isaiah 5:20 “Woe to those who call evil good…”
The reality of abortion is the reality of a sinful practice. It is opposing God’s own creation act.
The legalization of abortion means that we approve, authorize, permit, sanction a horrible evil against an innocent, defenseless human being inside of its mother’s own body.
Do not be deceived, choosing abortion’s death over life is pro-Satan and anti-God.

I once read or heard someone say that heaven will mostly be filled with people who were murdered as fetuses, infants, or young children. It’s not hard to believe that. We live in an Isaiah 5:20 world, but we know God is good and we can fully trust Him to make all things right in the end. Can’t wait! Maranatha
