UN demanding that Trump use American tax money to fund the ‘Palestinians’

JNS: The UN special envoy to the Middle East Nickolay Mladenov on Tuesday urged U.S. President Donald Trump to resume funding he had cut to the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the UN agency which assists “Palestinian refugees”.

Addressing a UN Security Council meeting on the Middle East and quoted by Haaretz, Mladenov said that “UNRWA’s financial crisis remains a very serious concern. At present, UNRWA needs some $217 million to sustain its work in 2018. I urge the swift mobilization of support to enable the continuity of assistance and a maintenance of stability on the ground in the region.”

“UNRWA has communicated to staff that every effort will be made to mitigate the impact on the most vulnerable refugees of reductions in emergency assistance. Of particular concern, is the possibility of a delay to the start of the school year for some 526,000 students in UNRWA schools throughout its areas of operation,” added Mladenov.

The U.S. announced in January it would cut some of its funding to UNRWA. more …

Opinion: Created in 1949 specifically to deal with the “Palestinian refugees,” UNRWA spends roughly $500 million each year on schools. It utilizes text books produced by the Palestinian Authority. The UN itself does not finance UNRWA. Primary financial support came from US and European taxpayers, until Donald Trump slashed the funding by 50%.

Here’s why:

The Center for Near East Policy Research examined Palestinian schools run by UNRWA:

In UNRWA schools, Palestine is superimposed over the state of Israel:

Like it never even happened. Four thousand years of history, both Biblical and secular, are being systematically erased by an anti-Semitic body of nations known as the United Nations.

 Palestinian children are taught:
  • The Hebrew language never existed
  • There has never been a Jewish presence in Israel
  • European Jews started Zionism to push Arab people off their land
  • It is good to kill Jews

UNRWA changed the definition of refugee:

In doing research for her 1984 book originally supporting Arab rights to the land of Israel, From Time Immemorial author Joan Peters found a nagging discrepancy between the standard definition of a refugee and the definition used only for the Palestinian Arabs. Historically, a refugee is someone forced to leave a permanent or habitual home.

For the Palestinian Arabs only, the definition is changed from “permanent” or “habitual” to a ‘two-year occupancy’: “persons whose normal place of residence was Palestine between June 1946 and May 1948, who lost both their homes and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict.”

Peters’ research of the facts led her to support the state of Israel.

The betrayal of the state of Israel and funding for UNRWA was supported by US President Barack Obama and Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry.
