The Times of Israel: US forces are deploying in Israel ahead of a large-scale joint Israel-US military exercise, due to start next week, which will simulate a major conflict in which Israel is attacked with thousands of missiles.
The biennial Juniper Cobra military exercise, which is being held for the ninth time, will take place amid an escalation of rhetoric between Israel and the Hezbollah terrorist group in southern Lebanon, which is believed to have an arsenal of between 100,000 and 150,000 short-, medium- and long-range missiles and a fighting force of some 50,000 soldiers, including reservists.
The Iranian-backed Hezbollah, which seeks Israel’s destruction, has reportedly been threatening to open fire at IDF soldiers if Israel does not halt the construction of a barrier it is building along the Israel-Lebanon border. more ...
Opinion: If walls did not work to keep criminals out neither the progressive left in the US nor Hezbollah, Iran’s terror army, would be so upset about them.
War is brewing on Israel’s northern front again, and Hezbollah has far more fire power today than the last Israeli/Hezbollah war in 2006.
And with yesterday’s report of the US finally classifying Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh as a terrorist, Hamas would jump into a Hezbollah/Israeli war in a heartbeat.
Here is what the terror groups don’t know: God’s word tells that He has Israel’s back, and that although they will suffer causalities in the final wars (Isaiah 17:4) there is no way that any army, no matter how powerful, will defeat them:
“I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the land I have given them,” Says the Lord your God.” Amos 9:15
That the Juniper Cobra military exercise will simulate thousands of missiles, launched from several fronts being fired into the Israeli homefront gives us a clear indication that the US and Israel are preparing for an all out regional war.
For this to be the fulfillment of the Psalm 83 prophecy each participant will have to be present.
