Salvation is not a reward at the end of a good life. Salvation is not being dunked in the baptismal pool. Salvation is not in your good works. Salvation is not in your church membership. Salvation is in the God-man, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you have not repented of your sin and put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone, then you are not saved. Acts 5:21 states that salvation is repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Repentance is a God-anointed and God-led turning from a life of sin and a turning to a life of walking in fellowship with God. Repentance will result in a changed life.
