JNS: The Israeli Air Force announced on Tuesday that it had shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that intruded into Israeli airspace at Emek Hamaayanot, in northern Israel, near the Jordanian border. Its fragments are in the possession of the security forces, the military said in a statement.

The incident comes after six failed rocket launches from Lebanon set off warning sirens in northern Israel on Monday night, triggering return fire by the Israel Defense Forces. The IDF said the launches set off sirens in Kibbutz Misgav Am, adding that the rockets had fallen inside of Lebanon. In response, IDF artillery forces fired toward the sources of the launches, the military said.

In the wake of the attack, the military ordered local councils within two and a half miles of the Lebanese border to unlock public bomb shelters, Ynet reported. It was not immediately clear which organization fired the projectiles. Read More …

Opinion: Prophecy watch. Lebanon could be a game changer. Here’s why:

“For they have consulted together with one consent;
They form a confederacy against You:
The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites;
Moab and the Hagrites;
Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek;
Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
Assyria also has joined with them;
They have helped the children of Lot.” Psalm 83:5-8

The 3000 year old prophecy of Psalm 83 names each of Israel’s irascible neighbors. In verse 7, the Psalmist names Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre. A simple Google search will show that Philistia is modern day Gaza and Tyre is Southern Lebanon. What is mind blowing is that the Psalmist knew that Lebanon would be inhabited when the war breaks out.

And who is inhabiting? None other than Hezbollah, who has had two wars with Israel; 1998 and 2006.

And who supplies both Hamas and Hezbollah with money and rockets – Iran

“Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation,
That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” Psalm 83:4
