New American:Â âChristians are exclusionary,â is the common gripe, usually registered by those whoâd exclude Christianity. âWe need to govern the world with universal values,â is the appeal, usually issued by those who scoff at true universals. These ideas again came to the fore in a recent social media debate involving a man who, though enduring job termination due to political correctness, himself became politically correct.
That fellow is biologist Bret Weinstein, 50, who in 2017 resigned from Evergreen State College after refusing to participate in a campus âday without white peopleâ event.
Now, though, laments Information Liberationâs Chris Menahan, heâs apparently advocating a world without Christian people (orthodox ones, anyway), saying that all and sundry must âagree on values, ground rules and assumptionsâ to âgovern the Earthâ â with one ground rule being that Christians should relinquish their âexclusionary claims.â Read More …
Opinion: Don’t worry, Bret, your wish will come true.
Imagine how happy the God haters will be when one day, in the blink of an eye, orthodox (his word) Christians, are gone. To most it will be a combination of panic, fear and joy. They will be free of us … forever.
The Bible tells us there will be the sound of the shofar (that those left behind will not hear) signaling the fullness of the Gentiles (Luke 21:24) and the end of the church age.
“Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changedâ 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” 1 Cor. 15:51-52Â
With our sin nature gone, we soar to our creator.
“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” 1 Thess. 4:16-17
What the Christian haters don’t know is that when the church goes, the Holy Spirit, the restrainer of evil, goes also:
“For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.” 2 Thess 2:7
Then a leader will emerge who will bring what the globalists really want, “new values, ground rules and assumptionsâ to âgovern the Earthâ.Â
“And then the lawless one will be revealed …” 2 Thess 2:8.
