Lesbian Priest To Head Major Abortion Group, Calls Abortionists ‘Modern-Day Saints’

Daily Wire: Last week, the National Abortion Federation (NAF) tapped Katherine Ragsdale, a lesbian Episcopal priest, as the international abortion organization’s new president and CEO.

“Today, the National Abortion Federation Board of Directors announced that The Very Reverend Katherine Hancock Ragsdale has been named President and CEO,” NAF announced in a press release published on their website last Wednesday.

Ragsdale, who has been serving as the group’s interim president and CEO since September, gushed over the announcement, calling abortionists “heroes” and “modern-day saints.” more …

Opinion: Denominations that have strayed from the literal word of God are causing havoc among a whole lot of Christians.

What began in the early church with Origen (father of allegory), Chrysostom (anti-Semitic Archbishop of Constantinople), and Augustine (father of Catholicism), continued into the Reformation with Luther and continues today in Reformed/Amillennial denominations.

Once it became accepted dogma that the Jews are ‘killers of Christ’ and the church is the rightful recipient of God’s eternal promises made to Abraham and his descendants after him (Genesis 17:7-8), any and all apostasy was able to work into church teaching.

Did God really say homosexuality is an abomination? Genesis 19:1–13; Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:26–27; 1 Corinthians 6:9

What does God’s word say about marriage? Genesis 2:24; 1 Corinthians 7:2-16 and Ephesians 5:23-33

Does God approve of abortion? Genesis 1:26-27; 9:6; Exodus 21:22-25; Psalm 139:14-16; Jeremiah 1:5.

In Genesis 39:11-12 Joseph was tempted by Potiphar’s wife to commit adultery:

One day he went into the house to attend to his duties, and none of the household servants was inside. 12 She caught him by his cloak and said, “Come to bed with me!” But he left his cloak in her hand and ran out of the house.”

Good advice for those in denominations that allegorize God’s word.

  1. The appointment of the first gay Episcopal bishop is the reason why my wife and I left the Episcopal almost 20 years ago. All of this isn’t looking good for the “golden age of the church” – the Laodicean church maybe.
