Arab News: Faisal Abbas, the editor in chief of this newspaper, this week wrote an article saying that the French President Emmanuel Macron had made a “faux pas” on Lebanon despite his “good intentions.”
I believe Macron did not make a faux pas, but rather made the right step to take the country in the wrong direction. He knew exactly what he was doing and his efforts were not driven by good intentions as much as by a desire to score political points.
Internationally, he hopes his role in Lebanon will give him the opportunity to play a larger role, namely as the mediator between Iran and the US; while domestically it will help him bump up his plummeting popularity, which was highlighted by the recent municipal election results. Read More …

John is warning his followers of many who would display the traits of hostility towards God’s Son. It is a clear indication that the present age has entered the last hour despite the lapse of centuries since John wrote this epistle.
Matthew echoed John:
Matthew 24:5 “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”
The OT also had warnings of Antichrist figures …
“Because the Lord hath sworn that the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.” Exodus 17:15
… that would still be on earth right up to the second coming of the Savior Isaiah 63:1-3.
With all that information, it is interesting to keep watch on men today that appear to exhibit traits that could lead to the final dictator. According to Revelation 13:3-4 the final man of sin may not even be aware of his depraved state until after a mortal head wound and false resurrection, when Satan enters the man.
“And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
So is Emmanuel (God with us) Macron the one? Or Jared Kushner? The interesting part is we, the saved church of Jesus Christ, will not be here to see it, and that is what our book Antichrist: The Search for Amalek is about.
