Sinwar threatens ‘war’ over Israel Police activity on the Temple Mount

Assessment: Responding to charges of “treachery” by Sinwar, Ra’am Party chairman says, “We don’t owe him a thing”; Bennett: “That it is Hamas that wants to topple our government says it all.”

The leader of Hamas in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, said on Saturday that a war would erupt unless Israel ceased enforcing the law at the Al Aqsa mosque, and accused Knesset member Mansour Abbas of treachery for joining Israel’s coalition government.

“We must prepare for a big war if Israel does not stop harming the Al Aqsa mosque,” the Hamas leader threatened, according to Ynet.

They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation,
That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” Psalm 83:4

The Hamas leader also praised those who had attacked Israeli security forces and civilians in Jerusalem during the month of Ramadan. He singled out the April 7 Tel Aviv shooting, in which three Israeli civilians were murdered.

Ra’ad Hazem, the terrorist who carried out that attack and who was shot dead the following morning by Israeli security forces in Jaffa, had become “a Palestinian symbol,” said Sinwar.

“The recent heroic attacks in Israel proved that it is weaker than a spider’s web,” he declared.

Biden blasted for policing free speech with ‘dystopian’ disinformation bureau

Oh, (Big) Brother!

President Biden came under fire Thursday for the creation of a “dystopian” disinformation bureau created under his Homeland Security department, which critics are blasting as just a way for the government to police free speech online.

Conservatives slammed the Department of Homeland Security’s Orwellian new “Disinformation Governance Board” – with some suggesting the timing is convenient given Elon Musk vowed to make Twitter a free speech haven after his $44 billion takeover of the social media platform notorious for selectively censoring right-leaning points of view.

Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley called the new board a “disgrace” that was designed to “monitor all Americans’ speech.”

In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Hawley said he initially thought Wednesday’s announcement was “satire.”

“Surely, no American administration would ever use the power of government to sit in judgement on the First Amendment speech of its own citizens. Sadly, I was mistaken,” Hawley wrote.

“Rather than protecting our border or the American homeland, you have chosen to make policing Americans’ speech your priority.”

Florida Republican Congressional candidate, Dr. Willie J. Montague, tweeted: “Is there anything more dystopian than a Disinformation Governance Board run by the federal government?”

Listening to Israel, Turkey expels Hamas members

Assessment: Has Turkey’s worsening economic situation has caused a change of heart in Recep Erdogan? Don’t bet on it …

Turkey is expelling Hamas operatives as a result of its warming ties with Israel, Israel Hayom reported Wednesday.

“Dozens of people identified with Hamas in various circles have been deported [from Turkey],” a Palestinian official told the Hebrew daily.

“On the mountains of Israel you will fall, you and all your troops and the nations with you. I will give you as food to all kinds of carrion birds and to the wild animals.” Ez. 39:4

“Turkey asked them to leave, and it actually happened in the last few months,” he said, noting that “some” of the targets had ties to Hamas’ military wing.

The official blamed Israel for the turnaround, which Jerusalem had been requesting for years. Hamas operatives have long been known to have orchestrated deadly attacks in the Jewish state from their homes in Istanbul.
