‘One wrong move’: Tehran Times reveals Iran’s targets in Israel

Assessment: Interesting the map includes Ramallah, the stronghold of the Abbas Palestinian authority, and Gaza, stronghold of Hamas …

An Iranian newspaper published a map on Wednesday threatening Israel with missile attacks. The map shows pins representing rocket alerts for dozens of potential targets, including Lebanese territory and Palestinian cities in the West Bank.

Iranian paper publishes 'map of Israeli targets'

But he (Haman) disdained to lay hands on Mordecai alone, for they had told him of the people of Mordecai. Instead, Haman sought to destroy all the Jews who were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus—the people of Mordecai” Esther 3:6

“An intensification of the Israeli military threats against Iran seems to suggest that the Zionist regime has forgotten that Iran is more than capable of hitting them from anywhere,” wrote the paper, adding it “doesn’t need to remind the illegitimate regime of Israel of Iran’s defense capabilities.”

The article ended with a 2013 quote by Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei warning that Iran would “destroy Tel Aviv and Haifa” if Israel “makes a mistake” and conducts a military strike.

Senator Richard Blumenthal Speaks at Communist Party Awards Ceremony

Assessment: Wasn’t it Senator Blumenthal who had a slip in memory in 2008 by claiming to a veterans group he served in Viet Nam but instead had 5 deferments that allowed him to go to Harvard instead ? But hey, its ok, Blumenthal is a Democrat and Democrats lie a lot …

Democrats across the country have denounced Republican efforts to connect them to socialists and communists as false propaganda.

But a poll last summer found that a majority of Democrats actually favored socialism over capitalism. And there are several high-profile Democrats and other leftists in Congress who are socialists, including Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.).

“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived” 2 Timothy 3:13

Most Democrats don’t like to advertise their radicalism and keep quiet about their ties to socialists and communists.

I guess Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) never got the memo.

Blumenthal spoke at an awards ceremony to honor winners of the Amistad Award and handed out special certificates to the winners. The Connecticut People’s World Committee — an organization tied to the communist People’s World daily newspaper — sponsored the event.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-CT, joined the program as a surprise guest to offer his congratulations and present the award winners with certificates of special recognition from the United States Senate. “I am really excited and honored to be with you today and share in this remarkable occasion,” Blumenthal said.

Blumenthal said one doesn’t have to agree with everything the party or the unions stand for and said he was there to acknowledge “the great tradition of activism and standing up for individual workers that is represented by the three honorees.”

Blumenthal also used his time to pitch support for the Build Back Better plan, voting legislation, a national $15 minimum wage, ending the filibuster and re-electing Democrats to Congress.

So Blumenthal was fully aware that he was speaking at an event organized by the Communist Party — an organization that has pledged to overthrow the U.S. government as it is currently constituted.

Fed will aggressively dial back its bond buying, sees three rate hikes next year

Assessment: Can Chairman Powell really slow money printing and raise interest rates without crashing the markets? The next crisis will tell the story …

The Federal Reserve provided multiple indications Wednesday that its run of ultra-easy policy since the beginning of the Covid pandemic is coming to a close, making aggressive policy moves in response to rising inflation.

With the biggest deficit since WWII, the US thinks it can print mad money

For one, the Fed said it will accelerate the reduction of its monthly bond purchases.

The Fed will be buying $60 billion of bonds each month starting January, half the level prior to the November taper and $30 billion less than it had been buying in December. The Fed was tapering by $15 billion a month in November, doubled that in December, then will accelerate the reduction further come.

After that wraps up, in late winter or early spring, the central bank expects to start raising interest rates, which were held steady at this week’s meeting.

Projections released Wednesday indicate that Fed officials see as many as three rate hikes coming in 2022, with two in the following year and two more in 2024.

Double-Edged Antisemitism

Assessment: In those years, the Palestinian world — with all its anti-Semitic ferocity, dishonesty and human-rights violations — became an untouchable sacred cow in the eyes not only of Italy, but throughout Western Europe …

The Oct. 9, 1982 Palestinian terrorist attack on the Great Synagogue of Rome, in which killed two-year-old Stefano Gaj Tachè was killed, and the blood of 37 others who were wounded flowed on the stones of the building that should have been the safest refuge for Jews in the Italian capital, was a double slap in the face — not only by the murderers, but by those who didn’t lift a finger to defend their victims.

According to a front-page story last week in the left-leaning Italian daily, Il Riformista, Italian authorities had been warned that an attack against Jews or Israelis was being planned. Though documents cited in the story show that Francesco Cossiga — prime minister of the Italian Republic from 1979-1980, and president from 1985-1992 — had decried it at the time, numerous documents from more than fifteen years ago show that no one ever bothered to investigate the matter further. The implication is that there had been a political agreement between former Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti and Palestinian organizations, which had requested that they be given a free hand against Jews and Israelis on Italian soil in exchange for a vow not to assault “innocent” Italians (i.e. non-Jews).

“Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt” Deut. 25;17

Though such a promise meant nothing, as Palestinian terrorists hadn’t taken into account the identity of “innocent” Italians when they attacked Rome’s Fiumicino airport in 1973 (killing 34); the 1985 highjacking of the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro; or the 1985 twin attacks on the Rome and Vienna airports (killing 19).

Nevertheless, it was clear that Jewish blood was still a bargaining chip, even after the not-so-distant Holocaust, and after the Ghetto of Rome had been marked forever by the deportations of 1943. Indeed, the above terrorist attacks were simply part and parcel of the “next round.” And the same were once again stained with Jewish blood.

During the year of the attack on the Great Synagogue, PLO chief Yasser Arafat addressed the Italian Chamber of Deputies armed with a pistol. Andreotti, the godfather of the parliament’s pro-Arab policy, had allowed him to do so; and only Giovanni Spadolini of Italy’s Republican Party opposed the event.

And well he should have, since the terrorist fury of the Palestinians was already an established fact, highlighted by the slaughter of athletes (the massacre at the Munich Olympics in 1972…

Swarm of Potential UFOs Spotted in Sky Above Chino Hills, CA

Assessment: Such sightings are becoming more and more common-that’s probably why the Pentagon is devoting the whole thing. New wings to study them. The truth is there …

Another UFO may have been witnessed in our hands. This certainly looks legal. This shows that there is no explanation for what all these lights in the sky are all about.

Biden official warns: COVID explosion imminent

Assessment: “Everything points to a large wave. A large wave is coming,” a senior Biden administration official told Axios …

New data from South Africa and Europe hint that Omicron cases are poised to explode in the U.S., where the vast majority of the population isn’t well protected against infection.

Driving the news: A new analysis by South Africa’s largest private insurer paints a picture of Omicron’s clinical risk: Two doses of Pfizer’s vaccine appear to be significantly less effective against severe disease with Omicron than previous variants.

“And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you.” Matthew 24:4

What they’re saying: “Everything points to a large wave. A large wave is coming,” a senior Biden administration official told Axios.

  • But the variant is less likely to lead to hospitalization in adults than the original version.
  • “It will be fast. It won’t be as severe, but regrettably, there will be plenty of hospitalizations,” the official added.

By the numbers: The South African analysis, by Discovery Health, found that the risk of hospital admission among adults diagnosed with the Omicron variant is 29% lower than it was during South Africa’s first wave of infections in 2020. The researchers adjusted their calculations by vaccination status.

US holding off on reopening Jerusalem consulate amid strong pushback from Israel

Assessment: The primary reason for re-opening a Palestinian consulate in Jerusalem is to recognize Palestinian claims on Jerusalem. Weaponizing the consulate is an act of war …

It’s been seven months since US Secretary of State Antony Blinken notified Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas of the Biden administration’s plan to reopen the US Consulate in Jerusalem, but Washington has yet to even produce a timeline for when it plans to see the move through.

A US diplomat, a former senior US official and another source familiar with the matter told The Times of Israel this week that the Biden administration has effectively shelved its effort to resurrect the de facto mission to the Palestinians shuttered by former president Donald Trump in 2019.

They have said,Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” Psalm 83:4

No final decision has been made, and the official State Department line remains that the Biden administration “will move forward with the process of reopening the consulate in Jerusalem,” but the three sources confirmed that no such process has begun. Moreover, even the administration’s more ardent advocates of reopening the consulate have shifted their focus to policies more likely to impact day-to-day life for Palestinians, the former senior US official said.

Hidden Truth: 2021’s “Inflation” Is the WORST in History — and RISING

Assessment: Short of armed robbery, nothing makes Americans poorer faster than inflation does. Now, finance moguls who borrow money for a living love inflation. It makes their debt cheaper, Tucker Carlson …

“Officially” is a funny word. Officially, China’s constitution guarantees freedom of speech and religion. Officially, homosexuality is outlawed under Islam (but loopholes exist). Here’s another example:

Officially, our Consumer Price Index (CPI — what’s informally called “inflation”) rose 7.3 percent this year — or 6.9 percent, depending on whom you believe. This would make it the highest in 39 years. Banking on this, however, would be a bit like assuming you could mount a soapbox in Shanghai, call Xi Jinping a traitor, and not end up “re-educated.”

“And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A]quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” Rev. 6:6

For in fact, says one analyst, the real 2021 CPI is 15 percent — the highest in American history.

Indications are that it’s going to get worse, too.

This bad news was delivered by economist Peter Schiff while appearing on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight Friday evening. The issue, said Schiff, is that how we calculate the CPI has changed. A more honest formula, the one we used 39 years ago, yields the record CPI figure.

Iran Prepares To Launch Space Satellite With Possible Warhead Capability

Assessment: Iran Issues Threats After US-Israel Talks on Possible Strikes on its Nuclear Sites …

Debkafile: Word of US-Israel talks on possible strikes on its nuclear sites spurred Iran this week to issue a stream of threats and boasts about its ability to destroy any enemy venturing on aggression. On Monday, while its emissaries pursued nuclear talks with world powers in Vienna, Tehran released images of heightened activity at its underground spaceport where one of four satellites, the low-orbit imaging Zafar 2, was said to be “in the final stage of preparation.”

Since 2016, all four launch attempts by the Simorgh rocket have failed to put an Iranian satellite into orbit. Some experts believe that Iran’s engineers may have since mastered missile stage separation and are using both liquid and solid propellants. DEBKAfile’s military sources say that if the Iranians can pull off a successful space launch this time, that assessment would be confirmed.

“I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws and bring you out with your whole army—your horses, your horsemen fully armed, and a great horde with large and small shields, all of them brandishing their swords.” Ez. 38:4

It would also indicate that Iran may be closer than believed to the ability to mount a nuclear warhead atop an ICBM missile with a range of 2,000km. US and Israeli intelligence sources’ estimate hitherto is that the Iranians were at least two years away from developing the necessary technology for this critical stage in weaponizing its nuclear program.

According to Iranian sources, the space satellite is to be launched again by the Simorgh rocket, which has a range of 4,000km, from the Imam Khomeini Spaceport. This underground site is located outside the town of Katamaran in Kermanshah province and near Haj Abad in the province of Hormozagan. Haj Abbad (see photo) was Iran’s first missile base and is now set aside for solid-fuel ballistic missiles.

As to Tehran’s escalating threats, on Saturday, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) launched 110 new assault speedboats from the port of Bandar Abbas. This was the seventh supplement of new missiles boats for the corps’ fleet this year, as commander Gen. Hossein Salami told the ceremony.

He added that were it not for the IRGC’s might in the Gulf region, “the Muslim countries in the region would have been dominated and destroyed by enemies.”
