“Cancerous To The West”: Kyle Bass On The Risks Of China’s Digital Currency Rollout

Assessment: Biden needs to look … he has to look somewhat competent, especially after falling asleep in Glasgow …

EpochTV’s Tiffany Meier sat down with Kyle Bass, founder and principal of Hayman Capital Management, and John Mac Ghlionn, journalist and researcher. They touch on President Joe Biden and Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s summit, the U.S.–China Economic and Security Review Commission, and what it means going forward.

Hamas gunman kills 1, wounds 4 in terror shooting in Jerusalem Old City

Assessment: Palestinian attacker shot dead by officers near entrance to Temple Mount; Hamas hails ‘heroic operation’; incident comes days after stabbing nearby; PM warns of ‘copycat attacks’

A Hamas gunman opened fire in the alleyways of Jerusalem’s Old City on Sunday morning, killing one Israeli man and wounding four others, two of them seriously, Israeli officials said.

Police officers at the scene opened fire at the terrorist, a 42-year-old Palestinian man from East Jerusalem, and killed him, according to police.

“Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt” Deut. 25:7

The fatality was named as Eliyahu David Kay, 26, a recent immigrant from South Africa who worked as a guide at the Western Wall and resided in the central city of Modiin.

He was the first Israeli civilian to be killed by Palestinian violence in over six months, since May’s 11-day conflict with terror groups in the Gaza Strip, which killed 12 civilians in Israel.

Hamas hailed the attack, calling it a “heroic operation”

Remember the March ‘UFO sighting’ in Wichita? The History Channel says it was real

Assessment: “There isn’t anything in that vicinity that’s showing up on flight data. Whatever aircraft it is, it’s not operating a transponder, so it’s not going to be a civilian aircraft, it’s not going to be a commercial aircraft” …

If you were out and about in Wichita on March 4th, you might remember seeing a mysterious flying object, and no one in town could agree on what it was.

When it happened, KAKE News decided to try and figure out what it was. After investigating several theories and even taking to the skies to talk to Air Traffic Control, we couldn’t draw any certain conclusions.

But the debate over this video of the object became so popular that the History Channel decided to investigate.

“There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.” Genesis 6:4

On this episode of the History Channel’s The Proof Is Out There series, it brought in its own experts to try to get to the bottom of it.

“As they were filming, they passed several street signs, so that allows you to narrow down exactly where they are,” said Lt. Tim McMillan in the episode, History Channel’s aviation expert.

One theory was that it was NASA’s Super Guppy, a bizarre-looking airplane that flies in and out of McConnell Air Force Base from time to time. But McMillan didn’t think so …

Iran’s Cash Reserves Soar Under Biden

Assessment: The Trump admin nearly broke Tehran. Biden’s soft stance on sanctions helped the world’s #1 sponsor of terror get back on track …

Iran’s stockpile of hard currency has skyrocketed during the Biden administration, rising from just $4 billion at the end of 2020 when sanctions were at their height, to more than $31 billion by the end of 2021, according to projections by the International Monetary Fund.

Persia, Cush and Put will be with them, all with shields and helmets, also Gomer with all its troops, and Beth Togarmah from the far north with all its troops—the many nations with you.” Ezekiel 38:5-6

The Biden administration’s decision to pursue diplomacy with Iran and unwind the Trump administration’s sanctions has helped the country recover from its cash shortage, according to the IMF’s projections. The group says Iran’s cash reserves will top $31 billion by the end of the year and increase up to $42.9 billion by the end of 2022. This number could be even higher if the United States reenters the 2015 nuclear deal and removes all sanctions imposed by the Trump administration. Iran had $122 billion in cash reserves in 2018, when the Trump administration began to tighten the economic noose on Iran. That number dropped to $4 billion by the end of 2020, during the height of the former administration’s “maximum pressure” campaign.

Iran’s access to cash has been bolstered by the Biden administration’s lax enforcement of sanctions on the country’s illicit oil trade, which has increased to record levels amid a buying spree from China, the number-one importer of illegal Iranian crude oil. While Tehran’s oil sector is still sanctioned by the United States, experts told the Washington Free Beacon last week that the Biden administration has turned a blind eye to Tehran’s exports, enabling countries such as China, Russia, and Syria to provide the hardline regime a financial lifeline.

The IMF’s projections are the clearest sign to date that the Biden administration is serious about helping Iran’s hardline regime claw back from the brink of economic collapse.

We’re “Very Sorry” – Says Bank Of England Governor To Brits For Crushing Their Standard Of Living

Assessment: This has helped push UK’s “Misery Index” to its highest in a decade…

In an odd moment of truthful admission – that absolutely will not be heard in the US – The Bank of England governor has said he is “very sorry” that UK inflation is rising amid forecasts the cost of living could increase as much as 5%.

Andrew Bailey told the BBC that households were already feeling the impact of rising prices.

Your silver has become dross, Your wine mixed with water. Your princes are rebellious, And companions of thieves …” Isaiah 1:22-23

US Consumer Prices Are Spiking At Their Fastest In 40 Years

LAssessment: Uncle Joe says the trillions he is spending will cost NOTHING, and inflation is temporary so don’t worry be happy …

Following yesterday’s US PPI print at record highs, overnight we saw Chinese producer prices rising at their fastest pace in 26 years, and this morning’s US consumer price data was expected to show yet another non-transitory surge in inflation… but the actual surge was far bigger than expected.

US Consumer prices soared 6.2% YoY in October, way higher than the +5.9% YoY expected and accelerating from September’s 5.4% YoY – that is the highest since June 1982

And just in case you fall for the narrative that wages are rising too… to cover this… they’re not! Real weekly earnings are down 1.6% YoY – in other words, The Fed’s actions are destroying people’s cost of living…

“And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” Revelation 6:6

Ethiopian Warlords Sneak Into Israel: Is It The Beginning of the Gog And Magog War?

Assessment:  Over 2,000 Ethiopians have immigrated to Israel in the past year but there are thought to be 7,000 to 12,000 Ethiopian community members still waiting to come …

A shadow was cast on Israel’s long and proud history of actively bringing long-lost Jews from Ethiopia when Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali told Israel’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett that some of the evacuees were officers implicated in war crimes.

Channel 13 cited a security official in a report claiming that at least four of those evacuated to Israel were officers who engaged in war crimes, with at least one of those involved in a massacre that took place in Ethiopia’s Tigray region as the civil war that has been raging in the region for over a year intensified recently. The Israeli Foreign Ministry on Thursday issued a travel warning for Ethiopia after the African country issued a  nationwide state of emergency

“Nubia, Put, and Lud, and all the mixed populations, and Cub, and the inhabitants of the allied countries shall fall by the sword with them. Ezekiel 30:5 (The Israel BibleTM)

The report comes in the wake of another report by Haaretz claiming that Israel has detained dozens of recent Ethiopian immigrants on suspicion that they had falsified claims of being Jewish. An investigation by the Population Authority revealed that 53 out of 61 Ethiopians were brought to Israel in a secret operation at the request of a private Israeli citizen, who had immigrated to Israel from Ethiopia in 1996 and wanted to bring his ex-wife and people who ran his business to Israel. Authorities had only been able to confirm Jewish ancestry in four people from the group, a source told the paper.

Unlike previous Ethiopians, these 61 were not part of the community of Ethiopians known to identify as Jews but, rather, had their Jewish status affirmed by ministers in the current Israeli government who signed their requests to immigrate.

From Mars to metaverse: How Elon Musk is building a sci-fi world

Assessment: Like Muskism, technocracy took its inspiration from science fiction and rested on the conviction that technology and engineering can solve all political, social and economic problems …

The last week of October, Bill Gates (net worth: $138 billion) celebrated his 66th birthday in a cove off the coast of Turkey, ferrying guests from his rented yacht to a beach resort by private helicopter. Guests included Jeff Bezos (net worth: $197 billion), who after the party flew back to his own yacht, not to be confused with the “superyacht” he is building at a cost of more than $500 million.

The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good.” Psalm 14:1

The world’s richest person, Elon Musk (net worth: $317 billion), did not attend. He was most likely in Texas, where his company Space X was preparing for a rocket launch. Mark Zuckerberg (net worth: $119 billion) wasn’t there, either, but the day after Mr. Gates’s party, he announced his plan for the metaverse, a virtual reality where, wearing a headset and gear that closes out the actual world, you can spend your day as an avatar doing things like going to parties on remote Aegean islands or boarding a yacht or flying in a rocket, as if you were obscenely rich.

The metaverse is at once an illustration of and a distraction from a broader and more troubling turn in the history of capitalism. The world’s techno-billionaires are forging a new kind of capitalism: Muskism. Mr. Musk, who likes to troll his rivals, mocked Mr. Zuckerberg’s metaverse. But from missions to Mars and the moon to the metaverse, it’s all Muskism: extreme, extraterrestrial capitalism, where stock prices are driven less by earnings than by fantasies from science fiction.

Metaverse, the term, comes from a 1992 science fiction novel by Neal Stephenson, but the idea is much older. There’s a version of it, the holodeck, in “Star Trek,” a TV show that Mr. Bezos was obsessed with as a kid; last month, he sent William Shatner, the actor who played Captain Kirk in the original series, into space. Billionaires, having read stories of world-building as boys, are now rich enough, as men, to build worlds. The rest of us are trapped in them.

Weirdly, Muskism, an extravagant form of capitalism, is inspired by stories that indict … capitalism. At Amazon Studios, Mr. Bezos tried to make a TV adaptation of the Culture space opera series, by the Scottish writer Iain Banks (“a huge personal favorite”); Mr. Zuckerberg put a volume of it on a list of books he thinks everyone should read; and Mr. Musk once tweeted, “If you must know, I am a utopian anarchist of the kind best described by Iain Banks.”

But Banks was an avowed socialist.  Read More …
