Jobs Creators Network Slams Biden’s Weak Jobs Report: ‘Worst Jobs Report of the Year’

Assessment: The sluggish pace of jobs created surprised experts again, as they predicted about 500,000 jobs created, but the economy fell short again …

The Jobs Creators Network reacted to President Joe Biden’s terrible jobs report, blaming his “failed policies” and radical agenda for “wrecking small businesses” across the country.

“This was the worst jobs report of the year and a clear indictment of President Biden’s failed policies,” the President and CEO of the Job Creators Network, Alfredo Ortiz, said in a statement on Friday, shortly after the job numbers were released.

“Even the termination of Biden’s overly-generous unemployment benefits – which kept workers on the sidelines for almost half a year – failed to stimulate job growth because Biden’s agenda is wrecking small businesses,” Ortiz added. “Higher taxes, vaccine mandates, record spending triggering rapid inflation – this is all part of Biden’s ‘War on Small Business.’”

The jobs report from the Labor Department was released on Friday, showing the disastrous report for Biden. The U.S. economy only added 194,000 jobs in September, along with the unemployment rate only falling by 0.4 percent (4.8 percent total). Read More @ Breitbart HERE

One of the Biggest Money Printers, the BoJ, Stopped Printing Money

Assessment: When the Federal Reserve announced increases in October 2018 the stock  market dropped 10% by Christmas ending the longest bull run in history. The Fed capitulated in January 2019.

All eyes are on the Fed. 

The Bank of Japan is one of the top three QE monsters in terms of the absolute amount of assets it purchased. The Fed and the ECB round out the trio. The BoJ started QE over 20 years ago, and went hog wild under Abenomics, which became the economic religion of Japan in 2013. But the era of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe ended in September 2020, and Abenomics is now finished. What’s left of it is that the BoJ now holds about half of the huge pile of the central government’s debt.

But QE has ended. The BoJ’s overall assets stopped growing, and its holdings of government bonds have started to decline.

As of the BoJ’s balance sheet dated September 30, released on Thursday, total assets declined to a still monstrous ¥724 trillion ($6.4 trillion), below where it had been in May 2021:

Two killed in Israel strike on Syria base, monitor says

An Israeli missile strike on an airbase in central Syria has killed two Damascus-allied foreign fighters and wounded several Syrian service personnel, a Britain-based war monitor said on Saturday.

“At the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind …” Daniel 11:40

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the two foreigners were killed in the raid on the T4 airbase late Friday, but their nationality was not immediately clear.

The official Syrian news agency SANA earlier said that, “at around 9:00pm, the Israeli enemy… fired a volley of missiles towards the T4 military airport”.
“The aggression wounded six soldiers and led to some material damage,” it added.
The Observatory said the attack targeted a drone depot at the base.
SANA said the Syrian air defenses hit most of the incoming missiles.

Over the past years, Israel is believed to have been behind many strikes inside government-controlled parts of Syria. 

Israel has acknowledged it is going after bases of Iran-allied militias, such as the powerful Lebanese militant Hezbollah group fighting on the side of Syrian President Bashar Assad’s forces in the civil war, and suspected arms shipments believed to be bound for the Iran-backed Hezbollah. “Proceed With Caution At Your Own Peril” – Merck’s COVID ‘Super Drug’ Poses Serious Health Risks

Assessment: Some scientists who have studied the drug warn, however, that the method it uses to kill the virus that causes Covid-19 carries potential dangers that could limit the drug’s usefulness.

COVID drug molnupiravir is extremely safe weren’t faithfully adhering to “the science” after all. Because according to a report published Thursday by Barron’s, some scientists are worried that the drug – which purportedly cut hospitalizations in half during a study that was cut short – could cause cancer or birth defects.

So much for having a “strong safety profile,” as Dr. Scott Gottlieb claimed in an interview on the day Merck first publicized the research.

It’s perfectly understandable why Merck might choose to play down this safety risk: assuming it’s approved, the drug is widely expected to be one of “the most lucrative drugs ever” – which is one reason why Merck’s shares soared into double-digit territory after the announcement.

As we reported earlier this week, Merck and its “partner” Ridgeback Biotherapeutics will profit immensely by charging customers up to 40x what it costs to make the drug, which Ridgeback originally licensed from Emory University for an “undisclosed sum”. The drug was developed with funding from the federal government.

According to Barron’s, some scientists who have studied the drug believe that its method of suppressing the virus could potentially run amok within the body. Read More

ISIS claims Afghanistan suicide attack

The Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist organization on Friday claimed responsibility for a suicide attack on a mosque in Afghanistan’s northeastern Kunduz province, Reuters reported, citing a statement from the group’s Telegram channels.

The attack killed 46 people and wounded more than 140 inside the mosque which is used by people from the minority Shiite Muslim community.

Dost Mohammad Obaida, deputy police chief for Kunduz province, told The Associated Press that the “majority of them have been killed,” in reference to the victims. Read More @ Arutz Sheva HERE

 

Tax Credit in Reconciliation Bill Would Give Illegal Aliens $82 Billion

The budget reconciliation bill being deliberated on Capitol Hill replaces the current Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) with a program that is part of the enhanced Child Tax Credit (CTC), per a report by Steven Camarota and Karen Zeigler of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).

Whereas the ACTC gave cash to low-income workers with children, the new program eliminates the work requirement altogether, meaning that any illegal alien — even those who aren’t working — is now eligible for taxpayer funds so long as they have a U.S. citizen child. The enhanced CTC, which was authorized by one year, also drastically increases the payment amount from the ACTC.

As a result of the changes, CIS estimates that illegal aliens will yearly receive $8.2 billion a year from the program (more than three times what they got under ACTC), while legal immigrants will receive $17.2 billion. For illegal aliens, this totals $82 billion in just 10 years.

Should the new program become law, the negative impact of low-income immigrants will be much higher than before. Approximately 63 percent of all immigrant-headed families (legal and illegal) with children will be recipients of the new cash grant, contrasted with 52 percent of native families.

Moreover, legal and illegal immigrant parents who qualify for the program are eligible for larger average payments than native-born Americans — $5,100 for illegal immigrants and $4,800 for legal immigrants. By comparison, the native-born will get $4,600 on average. Read More @ New American HERE

Boy were we wrong: moments ago the BLS reported that with expectations of a 500K print and whisper numbers sharply higher, in September the US added just 194K jobs, the lowest print of 2021, and crushing the Fed’s entire tapering schedule as this number was so bad as to pass as a “major shock” from the Fed’s perspective.

White House Downplays Rising Energy Prices, Says ‘Climate Crisis’ Is More Important

The White House downplayed surging energy prices in the U.S. and worldwide on Wednesday, arguing that the climate crisis was more important.

“Certainly, we all want to keep gasoline prices low, but the threat of the crisis — the climate crisis — certainly can’t wait any longer,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Wednesday.

She added that President Joe Biden believes climate change presents “one of the greatest national security crises” facing the U.S., suggesting that higher prices were a necessary consequence of the fight against global warming

American Students from California Still Trapped Behind Enemy Lines in Afghanistan

Assessment: If we forget the unknowable number of Americans left behind in Afghanistan, we are no better than the architects of this catastrophe. 

Almost two months after the Taliban seized control of the nation of Afghanistan, dozens of American students and their relatives remain stuck in the nation that is now controlled by enemy forces, and with no more American military forces remaining, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The majority of the students are from the Sacramento area of California. The Times’ Justin Ray says that his investigations have led him to believe that there are still “dozens” of families still trapped in Afghanistan, with 38 students among them. The students are all from the San Juan Unified School District.

Although a handful of Americans managed to escape the country in recent weeks – three families and approximately seven students, according to Ray – the overwhelming majority have been unable to successfully leave the country since the Taliban took over the Hamid Karzai International Airport in the capital city of Kabul.

School district officials have said that they are continuing to work closely with the federal government to try to secure the return of all remaining American citizens. San Juan’s Director of Communications Raj Rai said that they “continue to remain hopeful of their safe return soon.”

In San Diego, the students who are still in Afghanistan are from the Cajon Valley Union School District. The school district is represented in the House of Representatives by Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who has been extremely outspoken in his criticism of the Biden Administration’s handling of the ordeal.  Read More @ American Greatness HERE
