The pope joined pro–population control world leaders including U.N. secretary general António Guterres and Indian prime minister Narendra Modi in a video conference commemorating the Paris Climate Accord.

Lifesite News: “The moment has come for a change of direction,” Pope Francis urged the world in a video to the U.N. virtual Climate Ambition summit on Saturday, before begging viewers not to “rob the new generations of their hope in a better future.” The summit, attended by numerous state leaders, was held to mark five years since the creation of the Paris Climate Agreement.

In his address, Francis promised that the “Vatican City State is committed to reducing net emissions to zero by 2050,” to be achieved by “intensifying the efforts at environmental management that have already been in process for some years.” Read More …

Opinion: Show me your friends and I’ll tell you who you are. Pope Francis’ friends are ones who support his globalist climate agenda.

Since there is no way to separate abortion from the UN 2030 agenda, and since Francis makes no mention of it, it means he is all in, but just hasn’t said it yet.

In fact, Francis once again did not mention Jesus Christ while addressing the summit.

“Francis neglected to mention Jesus Christ, or anything remotely religious, in his appearance at the summit, instead basing his statements on “fraternity and the alliance between the human being and the environment.”

After calling for gay unions, abortion is the final straw that could make Francis’ new brand of Catholicism a religion ruled by the people in contrast to God ruling the church.

In Greek, ‘the people rule‘ is translated Laodicea, and is the last church judged by Jesus in Revelation 2-3.

What is common to all 7 churches is Jesus’ exhortation: “He that has an ear, let him hear” and Laodicea is no exception:

“And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth” Revelation 3:14-16.

All 6 churches that precede Laodicea received at least one word of commendation. Laodicea had none. The Holy Spirit is not present in the final church.

Also common to all 7 churches: To him who overcomes” is a last chance at redemption. Overcomers are those who know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:4-5
