Daily Wire: Leftist Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey warned late on Friday that “hyperinflation” would change life as people know it, it’s happening now, and it’s going to hit the U.S.
“Hyperinflation is going to change everything. It’s happening,” Dorsey wrote on Twitter, later adding, “It will happen in the U.S. soon, and so the world.”
“Hyperinflation is a term to describe rapid, excessive, and out-of-control general price increases in an economy,” Investopedia explained. “While inflation is a measure of the pace of rising prices for goods and services, hyperinflation is rapidly rising inflation, typically measuring more than 50% per month.”
The tweet comes with consumer price inflation running near a 30-year high in the U.S. and growing concern that the problem could be worse that policymakers have anticipated.
On Friday, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell acknowledged that inflation pressures “are likely to last longer than previously expected,” noting that they could run “well into next year.” The central bank leader added that he expects the Fed soon to begin pulling back on the extraordinary measures it has provided to help the economy that critics say have stoked the inflation run. Phase 1. When Biblical hyperinflation comes, the only recourse for governments will be to try to print their way out of it, further exacerbating the problem. The lessons the world should have learned in the 2008-9 financial crisis and the 2020 Covid crisis is that printing money always makes the disparity between rich and poor grow.
The same will happen in the future as the 1% make their way to elaborate doomsday bunkers loaded with the best food, wine and digital coins to ride out the storm, as a new world leader with all the answers rises in power.
Phase 2. With the masses in full-scale panic, a religious leader appears on the world stage who reassures the them that the world leader will take care of everyone who follows his plan. The religious leader demands that everyone, rich and poor, for their own protection, have a loyalty passport in the form of a mark on the right hand or forehead.
Phase 3. With one horror after another, the world leader finally causes a global war that completely devastates all who are left on earth, and the enormous wealth owned by the 1% is no more:
