The debate about transgender persons has been transformed in the U.K. by a ruling of the High Court that children of 13 or less are very unlikely to be capable to giving consent to “puberty-blocker” drugs, and consent from older children is also fraught with difficulty. As the homosexual newspaper Pink News put it:
Puberty blockers are widely deemed safe, reversible and medically necessary, lawyers for the Tavistock [medical clinic] maintained. Lawyers for [plaintiffs] Bell and Mrs A argued that trans teens should have to go before a court before being able to access the medication.
Since the ruling, the consensus that puberty-blockers are “safe, reversible, and medically necessary” has vanished like snow on the desert.
The U.K.’s National Health Service, and also the BBC, has systematically removed links to the radical transgender-affirming charity Mermaids, which represents the view condemned by the High Court. The two entities have also edited out the suggestion that the extremely powerful drugs used to prevent puberty taking place can be reversed; as a matter of fact, the scant research done on the subject suggests the opposite.
Even more significantly, they have removed emotive references to suicide. It is the link to suicide that is the basis for the claim that interventions with the aim of gender transitioning can be “medically necessary.” Read More

The week before Hanukkah, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was interviewed by Michael Doran of the Hudson Institute. Doran opened the interview by suggesting that former President Barack Obama’s flawed Iran deal was the negative impetus that led to President Trump’s ability to broker the Abraham Accords normalizing relations between Israel and Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
Netanyahu agreed, claiming that “the nuclear deal with Iran was endangering them. Obviously, it endangered our very existence, but it also endangered them. And that it was probably against American interests as well…”
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, known commonly as the Iran nuclear deal signed in 2015 essentially paved the way for an Iranian nuclear weapons program, allowing them to openly produce an unlimited number of nuclear weapons four years from now.
Immediately upon signing the JCPOA, Iran received an influx of billions of dollars, allowing them to sponsor terrorism and engage in regional expansion that includes a strong military presence in Iraq and Syria. Iran is also supporting the Houthi rebellion in Yemen which has created a major humanitarian crisis.

The Iranian military has been testing intercontinental ballistic missiles despite the program being in contravention of agreements with the UNSC. President Trump removed the US from the agreement whereas Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have explicitly stated their intention to return to the deal. This nuclear program of the Shiite non-Arab Iranian regime posed a threat to Israel but also to the Sunni Arab Gulf states whose oil lifeline passed through the Strait of Hormuz which is geographically dominated by Iran. You didn’t think the social media giants were on Team Biden just for his glowing personality, did you?
Should Joe Biden become president in January, he’s made clear that he wants to reverse the Trump administration’s Cuba policy and would instead normalize relations with the communist island nation.
As Politico notes, this would be a big win for the U.S. tech industry, which views Cuba as a highly lucrative potential market. It’s safe to say that the mainstream social media platforms’ support for Biden and suppression of pro-Trump content that touches the issue of voter fraud is no coincidence given Silicon Valley’s vested financial interest in a Biden presidency.

When Barack Obama was president (with Biden as his VP), the administration announced a “reset” of Cuba relations that included “loosening of restrictions on the sale of telecommunications equipment.”

President-elect Joe Biden delivered an angry, partisan speech Monday evening upon being voted the winner of the 2020 election by the Electoral College.
Biden did not just acknowledge victory; he taunted his defeated opponent, President Donald Trump. Rather than celebrate the result and reach out to Trump and his supporters, Biden — coughing up phlegm throughout his speech — attempted to rub salt in the wound, continuing to argue the case after he had already won it.
Biden seemed annoyed that Trump had contested the results at all. He has no right to be offended.
In his speech, Biden declared that the election was “free and fair” — a dubious claim, which I have disputed elsewhere. He expects Americans to overlook a year of political violence, almost entirely by the left; unprecedented censorship by the mainstream media and Big Tech to cover up stories damaging to Biden’s political prospects; a debate commission stacked against Trump; and — most of all — a shift to vote-by-mail that was often pushed by Democrats over Republican objections.
Biden defended the election officials who, he said, had withstood “political pressure, verbal abuse, and threats of physical violence.”
Notably, Biden has yet to denounce the violence carried out against Trump supporters since the election, or the threats against the Trump campaign’s lawyers. During the election, he falsely claimed that left-wing rioters in Washington, DC, and Portland were “peaceful protesters.” It took him three days before he condemned riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Hotels have now joined airlines in considering whether or not to mandate that all guests have proof of COVID vaccination before being allowed to stay.
Several airlines have already announced plans to make the shot a compulsory condition of flying. According to anecdotal evidence, hotels and other forms of accommodation could follow suit.

A reader of the LockdownSkeptics website reported that a hotel in Scotland which offers wildlife holidays is preparing to adopt the no vaccine, no service policy.
“Should a vaccination programme be rolled out in the next few months, then it is likely we will require all guests to have been vaccinated before arrival,” states an item in the hotel’s newsletter.
A week ago, The Justice Department has refuted a New York Times report that Attorney General William Barr may leave before the end of the year, saying in a statement that he “intends to stay as long as President Trump needs him.”
It appears that wasn’t very long… Read More
Newsmax TV anchor John Bachman finally declared that President-elect Joe Biden is, in fact, the president-elect, marking a massive step for the ardently pro-Trump network on their path to facing the reality that President Donald Trump lost his 2020 re-election bid.
“The electoral college votes are being cast today, here is video from four states, New York, New Hampshire, Arizona, and Illinois, all certifying the election for President-elect Joe Biden,” Bachman stated, on Monday afternoon.
Moments later, Bachman referred to Biden as president-elect for a second time — confirming there had been no mistake. Read More
The ignorance surrounding monetary policy in the financial journalism industry has once again hit all time highs (not unlike the NASDAQ), with Bloomberg penning a recent Businessweek article that has crowned Jerome Powell as the Fed’s “most transformational chairman” since Paul Volcker.
Apparently completely unaware that Volcker’s policy prescriptions involved actually needing a backbone to stand up to the public and government discomfort that accompanied undoing an inflationary crisis, Bloomberg has somehow blurred the lines between raising interest rates to 11% and printing trillions of dollars in new money in the course of just months. ![]()
Instead, the piece praises Powell as “quick to recognize the economic devastation the coronavirus pandemic could cause” and for responding early. “We crossed a lot of red lines that had not been crossed before,” the article quotes Powell as saying – as if pushing the economy closer to its eventual breaking point at record speeds is something to celebrate.
The Vatican nativity scene, unveiled during an evening ceremony today in St. Peter’s Square, has been roundly ridiculed and scorned as a modernist insult to the Incarnation and the Holy Family.
“This year, more than ever, the staging of the traditional space dedicated to Christmas in St. Peter’s Square is meant to be a sign of hope and trust for the whole world,” a Vatican statement about the scene had promised earlier.

“It has nothing uplifting or transcendent about it. After a year of ugliness, the least they could have done was offer some beauty,” continued Lev in a subsequent Tweet. “This is shapeless, unappealing and unworthy of the joy we are trying [to] muster after this difficult year.”
