According to the Department of Justice, the government is supposed to practice nondiscrimination on the basis of “race, color, national origin, sex, religion or age.” Since most religious exemptions are requested by Christians, building a national database of exemption requests not only stigmatizes them but creates a “legal” list of enemies of the state.
This is a very dangerous development and it underscores the rising anti-Christian sentiment held by Technocrats who want to collect this data in the first place. ⁃ TN Editor
Technocracy: A tiny administrative agency in the District of Columbia announced a new policy Tuesday that will likely serve as a model for a whole-of-government push to assemble lists of Americans who object on religious grounds to a COVID-19 vaccine.
The Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia—a federal independent entity that assists officers in the District of Columbia courts in formulating release recommendations and providing supervision and services to defendants awaiting trial—announced a new records system that will store the names and “personal religious information” of all employees who make “religious accommodation requests for religious exception from the federally mandated vaccination requirement.”
The announcement does not explain why the agency needs to create this list except to say that it will “assist the Agency in the collecting, storing, dissemination, and disposal of employee religious exemption request information collected and maintained by the Agency.” In other words, the list will help the agency make a list. Opinion: “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” Matthew 24:9-10
The future tribulation period is casting a shadow of things to come. Matthew 24 is often misunderstood as speaking to the church today, but a careful study of Jesus’ words clearly points to a Jewish audience in a future time:
Matthew 24:13 “But he who endures to the end shall be saved.“ The redeemed in Christ need only to believe the Gospel, that Jesus’ death on the cross paid the pardon for their sin.
Matthew 24:15-16: “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.” Who is in Judea? Jewish people.
Matthew 24:21 “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.” The church is taken up before the tribulation.
Seems like just yesterday we were a free nation governed by a representative republic. Today, lists are being made.
“Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done.” Daniel 11:36
The coming king will be independent of any authority apart from himself. In the middle of the 7 years of his reign, he will be given authority by the 10 kings that elected him.
“The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.” Revelation 17:12-13.
He will take power in the spiritual realm, magnifying himself above every god, proclaiming himself to be god:
“who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thess. 2:4
He will speak against the Most High for 3 1/2 years:
“He shall speak pompous words against the Most High,
Shall persecute the saints of the Most High,
And shall intend to change times and law.
Then the saints shall be given into his hand
For a time and times and half a time.” Daniel 7:25
The world will worship him because of the miracles of the False Prophet:
“Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.” Daniel 13:11-13
In the end, he goes out quietly as God destroys his kingdom:
“And he shall plant the tents of his palace between the seas and the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and no one will help him.” Daniel 11:35
