Jewish Press: Some in the Mainstream Media are trying to figure out how to deal with the growing issue of violent antisemitic attacks against Jews.
Instead, there are those in the media trying to figure out how best to frame these attacks, or to omit altogether.
On July 5, The Guardian reported, ‘Torrent of abuse’: Jewish man targeted twice in an hour in London:
A Jewish man subjected to antisemitic abuse twice in an hour in central London was physically threatened because of his appearance, his family have said.
Opinion: The world’s oldest hatred keeps getting swept under the rug by progressive Jews and Replacement and Covenant theology Christians. Conundrum?
Not at all.
“And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east …” Zechariah 12:4.
If Satan can kill off the Jews and destroy Israel, he can prevent the 2nd coming of the Savior.
Satan tried it before …
“Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”
3 When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born.” Matthew 2:1-4
Satan used the Edomite King Herod, to try to kill the Christ …
“So they said to him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet Micah 5:2:
“But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
Are not the least among the rulers of Judah;
For out of you shall come a Ruler
Who will shepherd My people Israel.’ ”
Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared. 8 And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the young Child, and when you have found Him, bring back word to me, that I may come and worship Him also.” Matthew 2:1-8
Herod was half-Jewish and was descended from Abraham through Isaac and Esau rather than through Isaac and Jacob.

Herod and family were considered to be Idumeans; this was a term employed by the Greeks and Romans for the country of Edom, or southern Israel south of Judea. Ancient Edom was located in the area of southern Jordan or Mount Seir (modern-day Petra). It is
specifically noted as the place where Esau had made his home (Gen. 36:8; Josh. 24:4).
Murder of the Innocents
Distressed and infuriated by the thought of anyone challenging his throne, Herod issued a death sentence for the Messiah:
Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men.
