It has to be all the law, all the time ,otherwise the law is of no benefit to you as a means of attaining righteousness.
The “Law” was given that men might know what sin is, “for by the ‘Law’ is the knowledge of sin,” (Rom 3: 20).
And also:
“Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come.” Galatians 3:19

Iran negotiator says nuclear talks with six powers will resume by end of November

The talks with six major powers will resume by end of November, Iran’s top nuclear negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani tweeted on Wednesday, after meeting with EU officials in Brussels.
“Had a very serious & constructive dialog with Enrique More on the essential elements for successful negotiations. We agree to start negotiations before the end of November. [The] exact date would be announced in the course of the next week,” he said.
