Administration Mulls Mileage Tax to Fund $3 Trillion Infrastructure Bill
PJ Media: The Biden administration is casting about for ways to fund its gargantuan $3 trillion infrastructure program and have come back to an idea that first appeared in the 1990s. If we’re going to fix the roads, why not force those who drive the most to pay the most? A mileage tax is on the front burner and is included with a of a host of ideas that would fund the bill.
It’s the “user pays” principle of government spending, which, in theory, has a lot of pluses. But what has stopped the idea from becoming reality before is the problem of how you go about figuring it and collecting it.
Several states have toyed with the idea of installing devices to track the mileage of individual autos. As expected, the notion of the government hooking up a device to keep track of how far you drive did not go over well with citizens. Many of us wonder what else could be placed in the device to keep track of us.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg told CNBC that the mileage tax is only one revenue-raising idea the administration is considering. Read More
Taxpayers to Spend $392.69 per Person per Night on Hotels for Illegal Border-Crossers
Center For Immigration Studies: On March 20, Axios reported that the Biden administration has entered into a six-month contract worth $86 million to house 1,200 migrant family members near the Southwest border in Texas and Arizona. That works out to $71,666.67 per migrant, paid by your tax dollars, meaning that you are now a co-conspirator to one of the largest smuggling schemes in history.
Keep in mind, as the outlet notes, that $86 million is just the beginning, as the contract (“through Endeavors, a Texas-based nonprofit” — I would hate to see the tab if they were in it for the money) “could be extended and expanded”.
Why does the Biden administration need $86 million in hotel space? ICE, which detains adults and adults traveling with children (family units or FMUs), is already using its family residential centers (FRCs) as “rapid-processing centers with the goal of releasing families within 72 hours”. But apparently even with that short turn-around time, the agency is running out of space.
Here is an important point to keep in mind: Such speedy releases of FMUs — with little more than some fingerprinting and a future court date — into the interior of the United States is far and away “the major ‘pull factor'” that will encourage even more adult migrants to risk their lives and their accompanying children’s on the trek to the United States in the future.
That is not me saying that. It is one of several conclusions of a bipartisan federal panel during a similar migrant surge in FY 2019. Read More
Biden Administration Restores Millions in Financial Aid to Palestinian Authority
Jewish Press: On Thursday, US Ambassador Linda Thomas Greenfield said in remarks delivered at a “UN Security Council Briefing on the Situation in the Middle East” that the Biden administration has restored some $15 million in “humanitarian assistance” to the Palestinian Authority.
“Even though Edom has said,
“We have been impoverished,
But we will return and build the desolate places …” Malachi 1:4
Greenfield said her remarks were intended to address “three aspects of the Middle East peace process” — first, she said, the United States continues its support for Israel. Second, Washington’s desire “to see Israelis and Palestinians take steps towards a two-state solution” and third, the Biden administration’s goal of “delivering aid to the Palestinian people.”
Boulder Gunman Passed Background Check, Acquired Firearm at Retail Outlet
Breitbart: Alleged Boulder gunman Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa passed a background check for his AR-15 variant firearm and purchased it at retail.
“You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:5 ESV
In other words, he complied with the very gun control the left assures us will make our country safe.
Breitbart News reported that Alissa opened fire in a Boulder grocery store Monday, killing ten people, including officer Eric Talley, a 10-year veteran of the Boulder Police Department.
Democrat calls for background check gun control were near-immediate, including President Biden’s call for H.R. 8–universal background check legislation–to be passed by the Senate.
Breitbart News pointed out that Colorado already has universal background checks, and has had them since 2013. In other words, every gun sale in Colorado, retail or private, requires a background check to be performed.
On Friday, Reuters explained that Alissa bought a Ruger AR-15 variant six days before carrying out the attack.
Moreover, “The store where Alissa bought the Ruger said the suspect passed a background check before making the purchase legally.” Read More
The GREAT GUN GRAB of 2021 Begins!
(Operation Gladio is the codename for clandestine “stay-behind” operations of armed resistance)
Millennial Report:
It was only a matter of time before the first major false flag mass shooting took place on the watch of POTUS imposter Joe Biden. Actually, the second MCE after the Atlanta area massage parlor shootings.
How predictable that this alleged massacre would be perpetrated in Colorado just as the Columbine High School massacre was carried out by a similar OPERATION GLADIO C conspiracy in April of 1999.
Of course, the intention is quite similar: inflame anti-firearm sentiments in a once very conservative state where gun ownership is at an all-time high because of the brazenly stolen 2020 election.
Colorado is also a state that greatly captures the attention of both the Left Coast and the East Coast where the gun-hating, ultra-liberal ‘intelligentsia’ reside. Now wait for the chorus of “GUN CONTROL NOW!” that will soon reverberate in the MSM echo chamber. The CIA’s Mockingbird Media will most assuredly milk this purported massacre like there’s no tomorrow.

Religious Zionist Party says won’t sit in coalition with Arab Ra’am Party
Israel Hayom: Religious Zionist Party leader Betzalel Smotrich on Wednesday said he would not support a coalition that includes the Arab Ra’am party.
“Will I not in that day,” says the Lord,
“Even destroy the wise men from Edom,
And understanding from the mountains of Esau?” Obadiah 1:9
“I will not allow for a right-wing government to form based on the support of Ra’am leader Mansour Abbas … regardless of whether he endorses it from the outside, the inside or by abstaining. Not happening. Not on my watch,” Smotrich wrote on Facebook.
… regardless of whether he endorses it from the outside, the inside or by abstaining. Not happening. Not on my watch,” Smotrich wrote on Facebook.
“Proponents of terrorism who deny Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state are not legitimate partners in any government.”
He urged Yamina leader Naftali Bennett and New Hope chief Gideon Sa’ar to enter coalition talks with Likud “so that we can form a solid right-wing government.”
New photos show cheat sheets used by Biden during his first press conference
New York Post: New photos reveal several cheat sheets used by President Joe Biden during his Thursday press conference — including one with the headshots and names of reporters he planned to call on.
The president also used notes to assist with facts about US infrastructure, a policy area Biden is focusing on during his first months in the White House.
“The United States now ranks 13th globally in infrastructure quality — down from 5th place in 2002,” read one bullet point.
But despite having the answers in front of him, Biden still slipped up, saying America ranked 85th in the world in infrastructure, before correcting himself.
The press pool at Thursday’s briefing, the first one held by Biden since taking office 65 days ago, was limited to 25 reporters.
Fox News’ Chris Wallace: "I was also struck by the fact that it seemed on every foreign policy question… [Joe Biden] went to his briefing book… and was reading obviously White House guidance, White House talking points. Covering Ronald Reagan for 6 years, I never saw that." pic.twitter.com/nZOcJw6Laa

Bowing Down: Ex-Fed Official Wants “Every Business in America” to Pledge That 2020 Election Was “Accurate”
‘Overwhelming evidence’ of fraud: Michele Bachmann hosts conference on 2020 election
WND: A former Republican member of Congress who ran for president, Michele Bachmann is now the dean of the graduate school of government at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
“Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be full of gravel.” Proverbs 20:17
Noting some polls show nearly half the country still doesn’t believe Joe Biden won the election, she put together a seven-hour virtual conference Tuesday called “Analyzing American Election Integrity.”
The university, she told WND in an interview Wednesday, simply was a “forum for letting speakers put evidence out – it’s their opinion, not ours – and then let people decide for themselves.”
Some presenters, such as election experts John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky, addressed the general issue of fraud and the Democrats’ controversial For the People Act while making no judgment about the outcome of the 2020 vote.
Others, such as former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro, presented evidence to back their insistence that President Trump was the true winner.
Bachmann said her aim was to pull together the evidence “and let people decide for themselves: Was this a true and legitimate outcome or not? Read More
Suez Canal blockage is delaying an estimated $400 million an hour in goods
(container ship Evergreen stuck in Suez Canal blocking traffic)
CNBC:
- Lloyd’s List calculates blockage is costing $400 million an hour.
- Lloyd’s values the canal’s westbound traffic at roughly $5.1 billion a day, and eastbound traffic at around $4.5 billion a day.
- The blockage is further stressing an already strained supply chain
The stranded mega-container vessel, Ever Given in the Suez Canal, is holding up an estimated $400 million an hour in trade, based on the approximate value of goods that are moved through the Suez every day, according to shipping data and news company Lloyd’s List.
Lloyd’s values the canal’s westbound traffic at roughly $5.1 billion a day, and eastbound traffic at around $4.5 billion a day. The blockage is further stressing an already strained supply chain, said Jon Gold, vice president of supply chain and customs policy for the National Retail Federation.
“Every day that the vessel remains wedged across the canal adds delays to normal cargo flows. Read More
Report: Netanyahu looking to build coalition with Arab List
Arutz Sheva: sraeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reached out to two Joint Arab List MKs, offering them government positions in exchange for support in forming a new coalition, according to a report by Al-Jarida.
” … Was not Esau Jacob’s brother?” Says the Lord.
“Yet Jacob I have loved; 3 But Esau I have hated,
And laid waste his mountains and his heritage
For the jackals of the wilderness.” Malachi 1:2-3
The report in the Kuwait-based paper claimed that Natan Eshel, a close confidant of Netanyahu, met with Joint Arab List MKs Ahmed Tibi and Osama Saadi, both members of the Joint Arab List’s Ta’al faction.

The two reportedly said they would seriously consider the offer. Read More
